Mine on left is 670mL, Beau on right is 700mL. Total 25-30min to make. Not too bad.
We had a sushi night on Saturday, resulting in left-over sushi rice. So, Monday morning I got up and made us little hand-rolled sushi. They are made in a similar way to onigiri, (although not triangular shaped, I can do that, it just doesn't fit so well in the containers) with tuna mix on the inside. It was a bit messy and would have been much easier if the rice hadn't been so sticky. My flatmate made the rice and I don't think he rinsed it first. Tsk, tsk.
The Only Thing That Overcomes Hard luck is Hard work..
On one of my birding trips near Jeypore I saw this old man carrying a heavy log balanced on his shoulders. He did not give me enough time to take a proper shot hence the taken image is a bit soft. Nothing photographically exceptional about this image. This is just a perspective to highlight the hard work done by this old man. His weathered body shows signs of ageing but he has aged well. Tough enough to take on more hardships that life might throw before him. God Bless Him.
This year, I had the pleasure to work on the poster for No Idea Festival 2009. No Idea Festival is a collection of musicians and artists from all over the world performing in various cities in Texas. Mainly the artists perform in Austin but the event has grown to include Houston, New Orleans, San Antonio and Fort Worth.
The 2009 event included one stop in Houston at Art League Houston featuring performances from Annette Krebs, Bonnie Jones, Chris Cogburn, Dave Dove, Jason Kahn, Jawwaad Taylor and Mario de Vega.
Here is a photo of Bonnie Jones’ set-up taken after the show concluded.

A long exposure of the cool, old section of the east side of the San Francisco Bay Bridge and suggestion of the new one being worked on late at night.
Why this other person couldn't do the work, even though she forced herself on the project, I will never know. Its easy work that only will take about an hour or so once a week to do but it pisses me off she feels she's my boss and can tell me what to do.
Yesterday I got an email from her saying "we" need to do this. I replied back pretty much telling her to go ahead and get to it. She forwarded the email to my boss, and now it's my job. I had this in my NSM Part 1 video but decided to edit it out since people at work know my website address.
