We saw this wolf walking down one of the roads near Canyon Village in Yellowstone during May 2008. The snow banks were still high on both sides of the road, and he just kept walking even as a few cars drove by slowly, taking photos. At one point he climbed to the top of the snow bank along the road to relieve himself, and then climb back down to the road to continue his journey. I'm sure he saw the cars, but he never looked directly at us.

These wolves were in captivity at the Grouse Mountain Wolf Display. The good thing is they're close to where I live so I'm sure I'll go back.

Got my first Clawd yesterday :D His name is Aiden "Nox" McIllyoch. I like him but I do plan on attempting, when I'm braver, giving him all over rooted hair. And his eyes will eventually be repainted. I decided this one was Nox becausehe's close to charity (the sister I already have) and Fable Kinkade (though Fable might change if DT Clawdeen fits better)
Besides being pretty cool, these little sets are littered with awesome new pieces!!! Check out the claws! They're a modified 1x2 plate with miniature triple shoes off the side.

Lycogala epidendrum, commonly known as Wolf's Milk or Groening's Slime is a species of slime mold which is often mistaken for a fungus. They do resemble tiny puff balls. I pricked the center ball and it began to ooze orange 'Wolf Milk', which has the texture of toothpaste. Hence its other common name, Toothpaste Slime.
