Dwarven women don't have beards.
Because they use electrolysis.

With the exception of the Demon Lord Deskari, Areelu Vorlesh is the true villain of Pathfinder's Wrath of the Righteous campaign. An ancient half-succubus witch, she created the Worldwound centuries ago, and has been scheming since. Her actions not only kickstart the campaign, but she remains a terrifying presence - yes, above and beyond the giant Balor - throughout. She is only overshadowed by her near-deific master.
Lesser Death Demons, the Nabasu are a younger, smaller form of the Vrolikai demons. Nabasu are ravenous to the point of gluttony, and anything that they kill but leave uneaten soon returns a\\sa ghoul under their command.
Deep within the bowels of the Nine Hells, Pit Fiends rule over their devil brethren. They are botht he brains and the brawn of the Blood War armies - master strategists and tacticians, yet contianing enough raw muscle and arcane might to decimate an army. Any lone hero who tries to take one on is either brave, or stupid. Or perhaps blessed with a deity on their side...
This is a spiritual successor to A Paladin In hell:
In ancient Mesopotamian mythology, Kusarikku, the Bull Man, was one of Tiamat's offspring, and functioned as a minor deity of justice and a powerful gatekeeper. Nobody made it past him. Nobody.
Pathfinder Trolls pretty much just shortened the nose and added more tusks. This figure was considered too small, though.
Yet another kind of snaky aberration, Guiltspur Nagas are slender, purple, and hide out well in the deep, dank caves of the world.
Oh, yeah... and guilt. Spurred. Or something.
Demons born from the souls of slave traders, the horned Kalvakus demons are some of the most foul and loathsome of their kind.
This enormous, bestial demon combines the worst aspects of a bear, a mantis, a wolf, and a reptilian humanoid.
Although nearly all the horrors of the Abyss prey upon one another in an endless, eternal bloodbath, shemhazians are predators among predators. They are more intimidating and physically powerful than most demons, combining the features of numerous insectile and bestial hunters into one massive, deadly form. Although they don’t require sustenance, shemhazians take perverse delight in mutilating and eating their victims.
A shemhazian stands 35 feet tall and weighs 12,000 pounds. They form from the sinful souls of torturers and those who enjoyed mutilating living victims to death.

Several D&D Miniatures are basically terrain - you have a mushroom, some traps, a treasure chest, a crystal ball, some fire effects disguised as monsters, and this portal. When just viewed out in the open, the Arcane Portal looks kind of like a piece of fungus or something. But when lit properly? Awesome.
So, what are they summoning?
Wyverns are an old heraldic type of creature similar to dragons, and likely inspired in some way by Pterosaurs. They stand on two feet, with their "arms" as wings. In some legends, they have venomous stingers in their tails.
The Fungi from Yuggoth, the Whisperers In Darkness, Mi-Gos are some of the strangest non-elder god aliens in the Cthulhu Mythos.
Hailing from interstellar space, they are usually identified with Yuggoth (pluto), the furthest planet (and it IS a planet) in our system. Although they are technically fungi, they resemble insects, and are actually composed of a type of matter that does not exist on earth. Their wings help them fly through space, though they have some trouble in our atmosphere. These strange, faceless things like to extract human brains - they put the brains into jars, maintain their victims' consciousness, and then teach them the mysteries of the universe. Mi-Gos believe that this is charity.
(Unfortunately, the Mi-Go SHOULD be pinkish, but Arkham Horror wants them to be green, so a green light is what I used.)
4th Edition Troll design became less muscular and more obese before the books were published, but this remains one of the best Troll miniatures if just for the nose size.
A wereshark captain of a crew of weresharks, Riptooth is a massive Great White, bigger than any human has any right to be.

Scholars and wizards of the Abishai, these electric draconic devils tirelessly delve to new depths of magic!
"It was a paw, fully two feet and a half across, and equipped with formidable talons. After it came another paw, and after that a great black-furred arm to which both of the paws were attached by short forearms. Then two pink eyes shone, and the head of the awakened gug sentry, large as a barrel, wabbled into view. The eyes jutted two inches from each side, shaded by bony protuberances overgrown with coarse hairs. But the head was chiefly terrible because of the mouth. That mouth had great yellow fangs and ran from the top to the bottom of the head, opening vertically instead of horizontally."
-H. P. Lovecraft, "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath"
Gugs are ancient giants that dwell in the dark places of the world, banished there by the Great Old Ones. Their cities in the Dreamlands are vast, terrifying, inhuman even in their architecture. The Tower of Koth in the center of their city has a staircase that leads all the way to the surface, but is locked with a door that no Gug can open. Though nothing keeps the Gugs from ascending that stairway and waiting, silently by the door, waiting for some unwary soul to open the way...
A smaller type of Beholderkin, the Gauth has fewer eye stalks and fewer eye beams, but is not a pushover by any means. Gauths feed on magic as well as flesh.
Nothing will stop the lord of all metallic dragons!
