Michael Wright, a combat engineer with Company C, 1st Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 1st Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, from Fort Riley, Kan., pulls a light weight grapnel hook searching for notional “trips wires” during a training exercise at Contingency Operating Site Warrior, March 5, 2011. During the training exercise, Wright looked up only to see where the grapnel landed after thrown. He said this technique is a safety precaution in case a mine detonates.

my first two attempts at wire wool photography. Unfortunately my camera is dire and as the mist descended the images became less and less clear as the night went on. I will definitely be practicing this more when I have saved up for the Camera that I want!

The images were shot in total darkness off a bridge on Whitehouse Lane in Loxton, Somerset.

Bronze wire and seed beads make this necklace.

On Friday Brett and I cleaned up the spare room big time. Installed a cat door in the closet to get the litterbox out of sight, put these wire shelves together.
