... but with that said I actually like the version of wired magazine for the ipad more than I wanted to. Feels more like a book than mag.

This and the other picture are of the Essex materials processing center in Columbia City. Scrap copper goes in one end of the building, gets compacted into cubes, and into the furnace. Copper rod (the coil to the left of the forkilft) is coiled, palletized, and banded to the pallet. Each one weighs around 6500 lbs. Diameter ranges from 3/8 to 1/2.
AFter you run the wire under the a-pillar trim just at the top, it can be run along the outside edge and then the rubber door grommet just slid back into its channel hiding the wire with no binding or need to take the a-pillar cover off at all - really easy

This song was formerly known as 'Sur le fil' and it's among the best ones composed by Yann Tiersen. It definitely was the best moment of the evening, although I've heard it played with more passion before!
This wire sculpture is part of a wedding gift from my uncle, the artist. The dragonfly is not part of it. Upon its arrival, the sculpture happened to find a home next to the dragonfly, and the dragonfly wanted in on the photo op.
