I have been here many times but earlier I used to take snapshots; now I take Photographs and Compositions. Several Compositions made, few here to upload.
The Tall Wired poles in middle of the salt panes. Miles to Miles, only these one can see. I like the their reflection in muddy square of salt pane.

I made an earring out of copper wire today.
I inherited several spools of copper electrical wire from my granddad when he passed away several years ago. They have manufacture dates from the 1980s. He used the wire for electrics. I, sadly, am spectacularly untalented in that area.
So, earrings...
Trying out my new lense while on crutches. I just walked around the corner from my flat and took some shots if the old mill.
This pretty set is made with beautiful Czech Beveled rich Blue & Speckled Black Oval beads. The pictures do not do these beads justice!
One of those, wonder what would have happened moments.
Back in 1990, I was working at a small software company in San Francisco (back when we actually shipped floppy disks). I was looking for the next thing to do and whipped off letters to people I knew in Tokyo and also, on a whim, to Louis Rossetto, then publisher of Electric Word, a fascinating journal of cyber counter-culture and something called "language technology."
I ended up hearing back from a company in Japan first and ended up witnessing the entire .com boom from the other end of a T1 in Tokyo.

The weekend of the Spring Craft Fair at RHS Wisley Gardens ... always a good excuse for a visit!
