Second day of experimenting with SL fashion. This time I've been experimenting with transparencies. I'm getting better at dressing Bluesmoke Hancroft up. It's still not perfect, but I'm learning as I go on. I call this one Wired. This is image 6 of 8.

Pure silver wire and seed beads. One of my first wire crochet designs (2005). I still wear them often and they still look new.

The pictures they didn't publish in Wired.

The styling team usually work on GQ and the rest of the photos had a sort of GQ feel.

PS - I am wearing the Versace dress previously worn by Halle Berry!!

A beautiful specimen

I made an earring out of copper wire today.

I inherited several spools of copper electrical wire from my granddad when he passed away several years ago. They have manufacture dates from the 1980s. He used the wire for electrics. I, sadly, am spectacularly untalented in that area.

wire and paper, base made in wood, first attempt

This is my first ever attempt at wire filigree. The design is simple and probably not very exciting, but it was a trial of the technique which seemed to work out ok. Next to try it with a better design I have planned out.
