Walking home after dropping the car off for its MOT test. It passed 😀, although on collection a chap at the garage tried the "Do you want the good news or bad news?" ruse, but I had phoned ahead, so knew the answer.

Shortly after Brickworld, Nannan and I were contacted by Justin McLachlan about doing an article on Containment for Wired Magazine. Several months later, there's Containment in the October issue of Wired Magazine. I am quite pleased to see that they mentioned Nate Nielson and our tribute to him.

Recorded passing Barnt Green Junction, EWS Class 60 60073 still carried its Mainline branding in August 2004. It was emerging from under the wires with the 6V40 05:23 Lackenby to Margam steel slabs.

Met up with some friends from the Wiltshire photography group, hoping to capture the stars. We were met with thick cloud so had some fun with some LED lights, wire wool, a whisk, a chain and a lighter instead mixed it with a good laugh and bunch of fun.
Two Handmade wired trees that were created by a Local artist in Maine. I did HDR processing with lightroom and Photoshop touch-ups.
