Tenuous Link: Cat in the window
It's been sitting on the kitchen windowsill for weeks waiting for a photo. Couldn't be bothered doing much today so gave it a chance to shine. Used the 17mm f8 Oly lens. Not sure about this lens. It might have its uses, but I don't think I'll keep it.

Based on suggestions made on this photo I converted the image to black and white by selecting just the red channel to heighten the contrast.
Waking up before 6 a.m. this morning, Vollenda decided to start her day and begin editing images. Although still dark outside, she opened the blinds. As she sat down at her desk, the Camera saw an interesting site on her window ledge. The street lamp below was illuminating her lava lamp, casting a striped pattern from the blinds on it. Before even having a single sip of her coffee, Vollenda grabbed her tripod for long exposures and completed Photo of the Day the first thing this morning!

Once your plant cutting has been sufficiently hydrated, fill a suitable pot with moist compost and add the cutting into the compost. Pat down.
Place pot on your balcony, patio, windowledge etc and await *results
*As with any type of craft there are no guaranteed results and gardening especially can be very trying!!!! but do perservere as when everthing come together the sense of satifaction which you feel far outweights all the frustrations which you felt when trying to get things off the ground!!!
