Madagascar - Cette femme est une chercheuse d’or dans la région d’Ambositra. Les orpailleurs creusent dans les entrailles à la recherche de poudre d’or. Cette concession se trouve sur la route d’Antoetra, le village qui est le point de départ d’un trek de plusieurs jours pour visiter les villages et populations montagnardes zafimaniry. De sorte que personne ne prête attention à ce qui ressemble à des terrassiers, même quand ils ont de l’eau boueuse jusqu’à la ceinture. En 2020, j’ai passé une journée entière en leur compagnie. Ils étaient étonnés qu’un « touriste » s’intéresse à eux ert leur consacre autant de temps. Très vite, c’est moi qui suis devenu l’attraction.
La femme sur la photo me dit que si je veux la photographier elle et ses filles, il m’en coutera 10 cigarettes. J’avais prévu le coup et j’étais venu avec plusieurs cartouches de cigarettes malgaches. En distribuant plusieurs paquets j’ai pu faire toutes les photos que je voulais.
Ten cigarettes per photo!
Madagascar - This woman is a gold prospector in the Ambositra region. Gold miners dig into the bowels of the earth in search of gold powder. This concession is located on the road to Antoetra, the village which is the starting point for a several-day trek to visit the Zafimaniry villages and mountain populations. No one pays attention to what looks like diggers, even when they are up to their waists in muddy water. In 2020, I spent a whole day with them. They were surprised that a “tourist” would be interested in them and spend so much time on them. Very quickly, I became the attraction.
The woman in the photo tells me that if I want to photograph her and her daughters, it will cost me 10 cigarettes. I had planned this and came with several cartons of Malagasy cigarettes. By distributing several packs of cigarettes I was able to take all the photos I wanted.

Will is basking in the late afternoon sun, seemingly not bothered by the heat. He enjoyed the attention from visitors at Wright-Locke Farm's Family Farm Night today.
I decided to try taking a screenshot of another game and putting a sim in to it to make a picture... and here's the result!
The girl in this picture is called Raven, who is a character in the series I'm writing called Ebony Feather. All I'm going to say is that she's an adult in the story, isn't human, and is a very motherly character lol. You will have to read it when it comes out for more info XD
The background is from Half-Life 2: Lost Coast, which happens to have amazing graphics... Not to mention it's all around awesome...

St Andrews Anglican Church beside the Mill Pond.
This is the area I live in Timberlea, Nova Scotia, Canada. The sky is not great but we are going to get rain for the next 4 days and it may knock the leaves from the trees, had to get some colour while I could.
Will be good to see all of the Pelicans back in town (hopefully) in spring, seeing this lone one a month ago was a pleasant surprise.

Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so WE might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
So you'll KNOW, and not think you're to bad for God to love. The Christian LIFE isn't about how good WE are, because NONE of us are! It's about how GOOD JESUS IS! Because JESUS LOVES US, so much he died in our place and took the punishment for all of our sins on himself. The wages of sin is DEATH, and Jesus took the death WE so richly deserved for us and died in our place. The good news is, there's no more punishment for sin left. WE, you and I were all born forgive as a result of the crucifixion of God himself on the cross that took away the sins of the whole world. All we have to do is believe it, and put your Faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. That my friends is REAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE! YOU ARE LOVED. ❤️ ✝️ ❤️

The storms rolled through the day before cutting off our intended visit to the Kalbarri National Park, so our visit the next day had to be quick as we had to head south.
This meant we were limited to the Kalbarri Skywalk. Hopefully, we will get back soon to do at least an overnight walk into the gorges.
