I have a collection of playing cards. This is one extra card that came with my collection of Halloween cards from Rucus Studio.
Why did somebody leave a pair of what appeared to be a perfectly good pair of sneaks hanging on this bar on the levee in Alviso, California?
I remember back in my earliest days in world when I first experienced RL physical reactions to movement in SL. What I mean is feeling slight vertigo when I climbed to the top of a mountain and looked over the edge, as an example. I have had this happen when playing other computer games too. I am sure there is a scientific reason why we experience this but I don't really understand it.
But, when I can't get to the actual ocean to feel the salt water on my face and hear the sails flapping in the wind, nothing beats an early morning sail on the Blake Sea. It isn't real sailing but it feels close enough for a Tuesday in November.

I want to say that I admire all the parents. This is a great effort to say 'no' to a child when you are seeing his sad face. Sometimes this "no" is necessary for kid's good.
I don't know if I will have my own family... It's great to live for somebody... God knows.
Now my holidays are ending... I'll have kids at school. 18 children... Big family ;)

Rather strange: last March Mr Maine Coon was sitting by a pot of hyacinths on the patio looking into the living room, willing me to let him into the house. And yesterday there he was again this March, trying again.
He obviously has a home, is well-fed, has identity info on him and has been following a route through our garden from somewhere to somewhere for quite some time.......
At the Washington DC Wharf, where restaurants, boat rides and walks are a thing...when it's not too wet.
Sometimes without doing anything the world falls on you. Wondering just why? Why to me? What did I do wrong to deserve it?

Sitting atop Mt Belford (14,203ā) taking in the view with Missouri Mountain (14,074ā) in the background is the reason I cannot wait each year for the high country to become accessible.

Saw this magnificent pair of sparkly shoes in a parking lot on the edge of the James River where we attempted to get down to the river. That never happened due to certain obstacles, (although Anita managed to find a hole in the chain link fence and trespassed on railroad property which resulted in an awesome train shot!) but these shoes happened and they made me smile due to their brilliant sparkling abilities and I do love me some sparkle! LOL
