Noticed this while folding laundry today. I haven't bought new boxers in about a year. So this batch of laundry with new boxers is the first time I saw this.

I got a giant box of clothes from Torrid.com today...It was like Christmas!

 

This is a photo of me fitting into a size 12 dress. You may not think that that's a big deal...but it's huge to me! The dress is a little bit tight, but I can zip it up...and that's what's awesome! I also zipped up a dress that I couldn't ever fit into at all yesterday.

 

I guess I really am losing weight!

It's been a month of going to the gym. I'm starting to notice some changes in my body. I remember the trainer saying that in about a month you will start to notice some changes. I'm not running out of breath when I come up the stairs with a basket of laundry. I can bend down to tie my shoes with ease. My pants fit snug insted of tight. I'm to the third hole in my belt.

 

Today I went to the gym. I really didn't feel motivated to go because I went late. I worked on my arms today. I thought I did good today. I'll be working with a trainer every week now.

 

Other then that, I feel great!

Me at 163.1 lbs. Not flexing at all.

This is the third week I hit the gym hard. Went 4x per week, lifting upper body 2x and lower body 2x.

 

This is to record my progress, both in weight loss and body composition.

 

I'm eating a 1600 calorie diet with only 20% of calories from carbs. I'm 5'4", 35, and have been 200+ pounds for nearly all my adult life.
