I'm not sure exactly which Willow Herb this is. It could be Rosebay Willow Herb (Chamaenerion angustifolium) or it could be one of the Epilobium species.

Another weed in my backyard.

The plan was to get home as soon as possible, hop in the shower, write an article (as of yet not done) on yesterday (cross-posting on Newsvine.com) and setup for another self-portrait. I've been keeping some of the houseplants in the tub (best sun window in the house). It was the best spring day so far and so these plants out to acclimate for when they're put out of doors later in the season. Didn't take too long to realize the weather couldn't be passed up. The fall cleanup didn't happen before the snow flew. There was weeding to be done. And so it was done.

Beautiful weed. I was equipped to photograph bugs last spring feeding on the weeds in a local county park, when I noticed how beautiful the little weed flowers were. I have no idea of the ID of this plant
