Eintrag ins Goldene Buch: Peer Steinbrück mit OB Hans Jürgen Pütsch und SPD-kreisvorsitzender Jonas Weber
Some of the people at 3-17-2010 meeting at Weber's discussing A2Fiber project to get Google's ultra high speed internet to Ann Arbor
With all the webs that I came across yesterday, almost all the spiders were well hidden. Since it was misty, foggy, and damp, I didn't feel like crawling around looking for them. However, this one lady was sitting in the middle of her web cleaning the drops off her legs. She had beautiful color bands on her back. If anyone can tell me what she is, I'd be happy to know. She built an orb web and her body was about 2cm long (not including legs). I love the fuzz around her abdomen.
She's a banded argiope, thanks to Beeblecat for the ID.
Mark Webber accelerates away from the Rettifilo chicane in the Red Bull-Renault RB7 during first practice for the 2011 Italian Grand Prix at Monza.
Yesterday's walk through the fog produced no spiders but plenty of webs. I had fits trying to keep the webs in focus because a slight breeze kept them vibrating.
I'm not the typical speedpainter, but yesterdays painting lesson was fun. Heavily inspired by the great Ryan Church. 2hrs, testing new Photoshop brushes. Thanks for watching.
i received this email from dave yesterday:
"...no idea who this Glenn Anderson bloke is, but he's got our poster on his wall!"
haha, more world-wide-web-fame !
