I only noticed when i went through my photos that one of the Tulips has a spiders web across its top.

The spider is going around and around in smaller circles spinning its web. You can see that seven of its feet are holding parts of the web.
We stopped in Parkes today and walked down to the shops after setting up the van. Golden hour was very flattering to the spring gardens on the way. Spotted this tiny spider in his web on the way back.

These webs are fascinating. The silk is so closely woven. And some funnels are very narrow and long.
I passed the cemetery in Herning an early morning after a night of heavy rain - bushes and trees were full of drenched cobwebs, looking pearly in the sun - and this one I had to try to phtograph. It did not at all come out as I'd planned - but hey, there's a fab web, there's the sun and there's a great lens flare... what's not to like :-)?
