Facing my biggest fear (I hate spiders!!)...and they look even worse spinning their web through a macro lens!

This seemed to be a spider house but I didn't like to break the web to explore what lives inside.

These are rarely seen. This was a large one about 10 - 12cm (4-5") tall. Sometimes near rocks or old logs.
