I've championed the Internet Archive for the longest. It's a fabulous portal for all sorts of research. Once you establish an account you can also post materials.
The I/A is a repository where everyone is encouraged to share a range of media files with a larger audience. In the past, I've uploaded audio files to the I/A I've recorded of Buffalo-based public lectures - Salman Rushdie at Kleinhans (2010), Richard Meier - abstract artist and architect - Albright Knox (2010), and Verlyn Klinkenborg, former NYT reporter and author, at Larkinville (2015) discussing his book "Last Fine Time" (1991), a social history of tavern life on Buffalo's East Side.

DURBAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY: While enrolled for the short course in Web-based Learning and Teaching, Fashion lecturer Nirma Madhoo-Chipps won the Plug Generation competition of C’N’C (Costume National).
Nirma’s design was used on T-shirts and accessories showcased during Milan’s Fashion Week in February 2009. Nirma received a front row seat to see her limited edition design make its appearance on the runway.
Nirma’s comment:
“We are the plug generation; multiethnic, multitasking, multipluggin. This concept represents all of those. furthermore, the apostrophes in c’n'c have been integrated in the USB symbol, which is undeniably, a ubiquitous icon for the plug generation.”
