After a long cold spell, the weak winter sun gives enough warmth for a Robin to re-arrange its feathers.
The bridge is called Weetwood Bridge it straddles the River Till.I like the shape of the bridge together with the trees beside the river as well.
I was going to crop out the sign as being white it is a distraction but decided to leave it in as it proclaims the state of the bridge as it stands today, it is grade 1 listed but I cannot find a date when it was built. We did have some rain while we were there from that cloud that drifted out over the Cheviot hills.

Aurora went head to head with a full moon on this night and I think the full moon won. This was about as strong as the northern lights got on this night.
I am Weak

With @ᴀʟᴛᴇʀ ᴏᴘʜᴇʟɪᴀ
Worship your body as you walk my way
You're the only one who can make me pray
I fall at your feet, your breath's divine
And underneath my skin's an intrinsic shrine
I can fight but the devil wins
And I will fall like a saint who sins
Forgive me Father, I am weak
And it's not forgiveness that I seek
I'd rather drown in your ocean
Than wither on the shore
Undying devotion, I feel you in my core
Veneration, this faith's got me high
Nothing without you, live for you 'til I die
Drink my tears, I'm at your mercy
I love you most, but I'm not worthy
I'll give my soul, sacrifice me
'Cause your love is holy

A line of autumn aspen trees in front of a rocky dome, Eastern Sierra Nevada.
This photograph comes from a morning of Eastern Sierra exploration into an area that I would not typically go to for fall color photography — not because there is no fall color there to photograph, but because it isn’t exactly the most accessible place to find it. For sure, there are easier places to find the color nearby. We put the 4Runner in 4WD and slowly tracked up toward the base of the range, eventually gaining enough elevation that there were aspens, the sort that live in harmony with surrounding high desert foliage of rabbitbrush and sage.
It was a beautiful morning of the sort that you’ll only find here in autumn. A weak storm has been through a few days earlier, and there was a dusting of snow on the highest Sierra crest peaks and behind us, across Owens Valley, on the White Mountains. Despite the recent storm the morning warmed nicely, and the sunlight was warm as we photographed. Here a small row of aspens, midway through the color change process, stood against a small, rocky dome, and beyond that in the haze-obscured distance were higher hills rising toward the summit of the range.

Don't be afraid to be weak
Don't be too proud to be strong
Just look into your heart my friend
That will be the return to yourself
The return to innocence
The return to innocence
And if you want, then start to laugh
If you must, then start to cry
Be yourself don't hide
Just believe in destiny
Don't care what people say
Just follow your own way
Don't give up and use the chance
To return to innocence
That's not the beginning of the end
That's the return to yourself
The return to innocence
That's return to innocence
The sound interrupted by unknown armies
They make the petals of the now closed flowers tremble
The once free branches
They descend tangled to the ground, touching the unsafe ground
Ravens in love have left the nest that, naked,
he remains defenseless without a voice
the light that filters still asks in confusion why
so much fear and so much silence
someone, but I don't know who, answers in a weak but clear voice
indignant: the Revolution!

Weak sauce winter, so far. We’re up to 265 consecutive days with no measurable snow in Salt Lake City. There’s a little up in the mountains, but not enough.
I usually go out to take photographs from early morning to late afternoon. This photo was taken around 10 am on a hot day. I saw this weak ant and decided to "shoot' her. I was looking at her wondering how tiny and weak she was, running in the hot weather on hot stones and ground, with no clothes to protct her against the weather.
After a while, the ant found the small pieces of bread I usually throw for ants. She took a big piece and began walking back to her "house". It was not very far, however, for a tiny creature carrying a big piece of bread in this hot weather, it was, and is, tiresome. I was wondering how weak this tiny ceature is.
Then another idea hit me. Now I was comfortably sitting under my umbrella, with a snack beside me and some cold water. How would I feel if I had to take off my clothes (excuse me) in this hot weather, walk or run bare footed on hot stones and ground, carrying some heavy load!
I then discovered who the weak creature really was (and is).

Maybe you will like it... i made it in december, i can't decide is it good or not... it is always problem to me... and i'm sure this is the main thing in photography, the abilty of decision between good and bad... you can't learn it... you have to be able to make a difference between the captures, which one carries the value...

Josie is happy and content. She runs and jumps onto things. She is weaker though. When she bangs on my door to get up, it is a much weaker bang now.
She is happy and that's important. She loves her food.
The sun was trying it's hardest to break through the cloud this morning and shine down on Tyneside, but it was not to be - the closest the area got to a sunny day was this.

GBRf purchased Colas Rail's 10 Class 60 locomotives in 2018 and deployed them on power station workings from the Ports of Tyne and Liverpool. 2 years later and only 3 out of the 10 have visited the paint shop - the rest carry this unbranded version of Colas Rail livery.
