The new weak link: the chain. No pun intended, but it's begun to slip. This causes the camshaft to fall farther and farther behind the crankshaft until it will no longer produce enough power to spin fast enough to jump anymore. While this may sounds like a reasonable safety feature, safety is for the meek and I shall have none of it on my engine. >:|

Fascinating but in danger... indeed as in the Gulf of Mexico spill oil caused by BP, last weak there has been a deadly shedding of tons of fuel oil from the nearby E.ON plant in the north of Sardinia near Porto Torres in the Asinara gulf threatening the nearby Pelagos Sanctuary for Mediterranean Marine Mammals. Few days ago there has been a new pouring of venomous waters polluted by residuals of diesel oil in the same region.
The thing is becoming very irritating...

Affascinante ma in pericolo... infatti come per la perdita di petrolio provocata dalla BP nel Golfo del Messico, oltre una settimana fa in Sardegna a Porto Torres nel Golfo dell'Asinara c'era stato un versamento di olio combustibile causato dal vicino impianto della E.ON che ha inquinato chilometri di costa e minacciato direttamente il Santuario dei Cetacei. Oggi si e' avuta notizia che giorni fa (il 18?) c'e' stato un nuovo versamento di acque velenose contaminate da residui di gasolio pesante sempre nella stessa zona.

(Es). Historia: Salinas, Asturias, España. Entre los muchos candados que hay en el mirador de Salinas, encontré dos grupos unidos por una cuerda que, a su vez, unían a dos grupos de tres candados. Parecían querer decir que tres personas querían dejar constancia de que estaban unidas a otras tres. Si la cuerda tiene el mismo tiempo que los candados, parece que las inclemencias golpearan más al duro metal que a la flexible y aparentemente débil cuerda que les une.
Toma: La toma no tiene complicación alguna, simplemente el encuadre y la medición de la luz en una mañana nublada. No se han modificado los objetos de la imagen, tal cual estaban en la barandilla, así los fotografié.
Tratamiento: Con Aperture. Original en RAW. Mejora básica del RAW con los parámetros predefinidos de Aperture. Con el encuadre cuadrado eliminamos los otros candados que estaban al lado y centramos la escena en estos dos grupos. Modifico las luces para resaltar el óxido del metal, incluso reduzco ligeramente la saturación de color y elevo el punto negro. Además reduzco la definición, contrariamente a la lógica, de forma que pueda hacer menos dura la escena.

(En). The History: Salinas, Asturias, España. Among the many locks there on the balcony of Salinas, I found two groups connected by a rope, in turn, joined two groups of three padlocks. They seemed to imply that three people wanted to record that were attached to three others. If the string has the same time as the locks, it seems that more inclement hit the hard metal to flexible and seemingly flimsy rope that binds them.
Taking up: The decision does not have any complications, just the frame and measuring the light on an overcast morning. No modified objects in the image, as it were on the railing, and photographed them.
Treatment: With Aperture. Original in RAW. Basic improvement of the RAW with Aperture's preset parameters. With the framing square to eliminate the other locks were beside the scene and focus on these two groups. Modify the lights to highlight the metal oxide, even I reduce the color saturation slightly and raised the black point. Also I cut definition, contrary to logic, so you can do less harsh scene.

Ils semblaient impliquer que trois personnes voulaient record qui étaient attachés à trois autres. Si la chaîne a en même temps que les verrous, il semble que plus défavorable a frappé le métal dur à la corde souple et apparemment fragile qui les lie.
Prendre: La décision n'a pas de complications, juste le cadre et la mesure de la lumière sur une matinée couverte. Aucune modification des objets dans l'image, pour ainsi dire sur le garde-corps, et les a photographiés.
Traitment: Avec Aperture. Origine amélioration RAW d'Aperture base. Avec l'équerre à éliminer les autres serrures étaient à côté de la scène et de se concentrer sur ces deux groupes. Modifier les lumières pour mettre en évidence l'oxyde de métal, même je réduis légèrement la saturation des couleurs et soulevé le point noir. Aussi je coupe définition, contraire à la logique, si vous pouvez le faire scène moins sévère.
Voilà, c'est tout!

He always had a weak heart, ever since his birth.
Thorgan's family was poor, so they couldn't request a heart surgery for him, but when they finally had the money and everything was prepared, Thorgan died. His parents kept his corpse while saving money for a coffin, but while collecting money, the little dead boy's bottom body started to rot badly. After a long time they hear about a woman who was specialized in waking dead. You can kinda guess the rest...
So, his scar came from this surgery after his death where his weak heart was changed to a young wild horse's heart. This scar of his will never heal because, well, his body was already dead so it won't be able to work properly, healing wounds etc. anymore.
Unsure how long the chains that link these posts to the rails on the steps have been broken, possibly battered by tidal forces.
Currently looking back over some of this years images and editing ones like the above.
Decided against using Silver Effex Pro for converting to mono with this one, and just worked on it with LR, and also left some colour in the image.
