"The conflict in Palestine, which is now in its fifth week, has reached a stalemate. Both the Palestinian and British armed forces have suffered losses; a current estimate places the numbers of Palestinian dead including civilians at 700. The British forces have suffered lighter casualties, a total of 23 UNIST Servicemen and British Personnel since the start of the war. Even so, these numbers are a heavy blow to the British people - more servicemen have been killed in five weeks of fighting than in months during the Iraq and Afghanistan operations of the 2000's. Negotiations between the Prime Minister and Palestinian officials have not yet been concluded. There is discussion of a cease fire to take effect in order to allow the PM and Palestinian Officials to speak in person." - BBC News.
Whelp, not as happy with this one as I'd like to be but it'll do. If you hadn't noticed, try putting together the names of this build and my previous one for Modern Conflict ;)
Also, the description feels a bit too LMG'ish but I couldn't think of any better way to write it.
For Modern Conflict.

The fight took at least 20 minutes. They were both battling each other, and I was just about to make a stealth attack, when....
Bombs came crashing down. It knocked both sides out. Marc wasn’t there, meaning he teleported out just in time. Cobb was knocked out from the impact, leaving Rory to help. He telekinetically removed the rubble and carried his body away.
Rory: He’s hurt. Bad. I have to perform a quick surgery on him. Mate’s gonna live long enough. But for now, we’re out. Watch over yourself, Noriko. I’ll telepathically establish a link if the comlinks don’t work in our team.
Noriko: Ok Doc.
Trent (over comlink): All right folks. I know what happened. I just had a brief fight with Mech-Prince. He has lead his team, which I believe dropped the bombs around here. The police can’t hold long for this. And where’s Marc?!
*Somewhere unknown:*
My suit was sustained with multiple cuts and bruises, but I’m still up for a fight. My mini-cape has been burnt off and my I don’t really have a lot of ammo there. Last I heard from the comlink before it broke down was Cobb getting knocked out and Trent’s fight with that gosh darn CEO. I just really hate him, you know. My mind has been on too many things. I just wanna know where my best friend is now....
*Dallas, Texas.*
I woke up with a jolt. The dreams kept coming, if the guy, the prophet dude who sorta invaded my mind and he let me saw the future. The Grey Police. Really totalitarian. Darren and Carl were apprehending guys. My team was half dead. My (grandson?) was taking charge over my legacy. So much stuff going on.
Conrad comes in. “Bad dreams again?” He asks. “I know it’s the same thing over and over again. There’s always a way to prevent it. We’re not talking about dystopian futures like in X-Men or Terminator, but it’s rather a different situation, another scenario. Just relax. I’ll get you some tea. Try meditating if you can.” “Thanks,” I reply. I go to the washroom, staring at my torso and muscles. Then I start washing my, face, knowing that I got to dress up and go to battle.
*Back in L.A.:*
Police officers were coming. I recognise a few of them. Some were Adrian’s friends. Trent’s hand appears before me.
Trent: Kid, this isn’t good. The army can’t access here. Conrad just told me that they’re both in Texas. Adrian’s been dreaming again. And that aside, none of the allies can reach us. I told my sister to stay out of this, she’s under the care of Lockhart and Sanford. You should tell your uncle if you have to.
Noriko: He’ll know soon. Oscar just called me. He’s getting reinforcements, and one of his drones managed to sneak through. He’ll find a way. But as for Adrian, I’m worried about his dreams.
Trent(using his tech and footage): Nothing we can do about it. The ESP is coming soon, and they’ll handle this. By the way, check out Darren, Carl, and Megan. I’ve saw them fight with potential. You think they’ll ever make good team members?
Noriko: Impressive fighting skills. Marc’s gonna like this, speaking of which...
Officer (comes running and interrupts): Blazefire, ahem,—sir, enemy fire is returning! They have heavy weapons here!
Trent: Deploy more squads. Here, take some of my tech. This’ll hold them off a bit. With the ESP coming, we could still have a slight chance of victory. You have to hurry.
Officer: Yes sir.
Trent (back to conversation): About Marc, I’m afraid I can’t come. I’m in command partly with the police here. My mentor is gonna show up anytime to assist, as much as I don’t like him. But Noriko I need you to find him. I’m sure you can do this alone.
Noriko: I could be in use of a “emergency” ally.
Trent (checks database) No one is active, except our doctor. Take Rory with you. I’m sure he’s ready as Cobb is resuscitating. He’ll be notified when you’ll come. I’ll keep tabs on Adrian. Now go!
I run as fast as I can, taking out some nearby enemies. Ironrazor had left early, leaving some mercenaries behind with civilians hostage. I take them out with my sais, and some police officers come and free the civilians. I see one running away the other direction, who’s around at 4 o’clock. I chase after him, using my vision, he’s crawling under the tunnel down below.
*Back in Dallas:*
Conrad: Ready to leave?
Adrian: Sure as always.
Conrad: Good. Then get ready. You are needed as your best friend goes missing.
Adrian: Then ready the squad. The contingency plans have to be set into motion.
Conrad: You sure about this? Given their performance that Trent has showed us?
Adrian: They are.
Conrad: I assume one of them is...your ex girlfriend?
Adrian: That’s a thing of the past. My feelings are mutual, just friends.
Conrad: Then let’s keep it that way.
Somewhere, location unknown:
I wake up with my mouth dry. I hate this. Now my suit was starting to fall apart. I find myself in the clutches of that one a**hole. Mech-Prince. And Ironrazor was there too, gleaming happily.
MP: Ah...the assassin.
Marc: What do you want, f***er?
MP: I assume you know the codes. Don’t play games now.
IR( steps in): I regret we didn’t have much of a longer fight, do we?
Marc: See for yourself, I can last longer than that.
IR: Always got an edge there.
MP: Enough! Now is not the time for quarrel. I need the codes! You will tell me where is it. I will find the agent!
Marc: Well...I still don’t know. But I know you’re kinda overreacting.
*Los Angeles:*
Noriko: Is Cobb stable?
Rory: Yes, but he’s healing. I do believe before the lad got knocked out, he managed to pin the last known location of our friend. Must be somewhere close.
Oscar (coming out of nowhere): And I believe we’re being followed. My drones can navigate the sewers quickly. That guy you just chased? He’s a distraction. I “asked” him politely but he’s quite rude.
Rory: All right lads, we’ve got a lead. Follow me now!
*Phoenix, Arizona, en route to L.A, aboard Photonkiller’s jet:*
Conrad: We’ll be there soon. Your ninja friend Noriko is heading out there with a small team, who are the remaining members active now. You have to assist them.
Adrian: I doubt my leadership is not going anywhere. I’m not even sleeping that well. How will they react if this keeps happening recurrently? And what I did in the war...good lord.
Conrad: I feel your worries. But you shouldn’t bring it up at a time like this. I agree that PTSD is a serious issue, but believe me, you’re doing just fine. Remember how I managed to calm my mind? I saved those people in Calcutta when I was 16. I may have lost 20% of my hearing, but still, I never gave up. And so can you, good friend. Now, assemble the team when we get back there ASAP. We are running out of time.
*Meanwhile...back to the fight...*
I’ve been scouting for hours without avail. It’s been almost a day and I can only assume there is battle up there, as Trent keeps on informing us. But then I stumble upon a piece of dirty cloth, which is very tattered.
Rory: Let me analyse it. There’s some blood on...bloody hell! It’s Teleshift’s. Must be his small cape.
Oscar: Did you hear that?
Rory/Noriko: What?
The sounds come again. It seems like I’ve heard correctly, the screams of torture. My run to the nearest spot, and using my vision, the figure looks like...Marc’s.
I lead my team there, with various mercenaries standing by. Poor Marc’s been bruised and beaten. Without second thoughts or hesitation, I shout to my team, “Take them down!” As Rory telekinetically slams men across the walls. Oscar takes down some men with his revolvers and his drones, while I disarm them with my quick speed. Mech-Prince seems to have found out our sudden attack.
MP: Take them down! Barrett, get us out of here. The interrogation is a failure! The enemy is here to save him! We need to run!
IR: Sir, we can still handle the Paradox Force! You should be leaving first!
MP (launches internal jetpack): Then hold them off as much as you can. I’ll be going...
IR: Well, ninja girl, looks like we’re rebound for a match again, eh?
Noriko: I’m game.
He strikes the floor down while my agility makes me dodge him. The attack doesn’t harm me much. I see Rory levitating himself, propelling up to catch with Mech-Prince. Oscar is still really busy with his job. Then Ironrazor proceeds to escape up, and I catch him. I realise we are somewhere in the broken police station. I call Rory to “switch dance partners” with me, where I proceed to sneak up on Mech-Prince, who is launching blasts and rockets at me, while Rory duels Ironrazor. Their fight looks very impressive too.
Noriko: What do you want?
MP: Just a code. The agent. And today, since we’re here, let’s end this. On a police station.
Noriko: What’s so important with the third one?
MP: He will fuel my powers. I plan to use him as my agent that turns against you and your friends. And the code that leads me to dominance over technology and most companies in the world.
Noriko: I bet you’ll never find it before you’re even dead.
MP: Then you leave me no choice. I can blow up this station right now!
Noriko: Isn’t there always a better way?
MP: One that should end in vain and in sacrifice. Goodbye, Spectre Blade.
The evil CEO proceeds to press a button on his suit’s left arm, causing everything to start falling down. But then a shadow appears, and Mech-Prince strikes him with some blasts. He looks hurt from the smoke, but proceeds to shoot him with his guns, when I realise that it’s Marc, using the remainder of his energy to fight. He absorbs the energy, and proceeds to take Mech Prince one on one in CQC. Both wrestle over control over one another. Then I see a piece of rubble falling over Oscar, who just came up from below but pretty much unconscious. Marc quickly runs over, kicking him out of the way. He teleports me, Rory (who is holding Ironrazor, unconscious with darts around his neck) and Oscar away quickly before the explosion continues. His masked eyes imply him smiling, but then I realise...
“NO!” I shout.
It’s too late when the explosions trap him and Mech-Prince away. The last thing I saw was rubble, dirt, mess and Rory’s sad, shocked eyes...

Perusing the images later I thought perhaps defects only made it look like this descanso is for a four-year-old, so I went back for a close exam: Those dates really are 07/03/21 - 05/30/25.
Beyond that there's nothing findable online to illuminate who Meeklow was, or what happened to him or her.
What can be said is this descanso is located between a used car seller and human services center in Albuquerque, New Mexico's "War Zone" (so dubbed by first responders and locals) – which the city has tried hard to rebrand as "the International District." –And whoever placed Meeklow's descanso has been actively maintaining it and adding things, such as a stone with "I Miss You" scratched on it.
Life is rough nearby. From Central Ave north (some say further north to Lomas), west to San Mateo, south to Gibson, and east to Wyoming Blvd, the area is filled with street encampments where people nod off on sidewalks from fentanyl, surrounded by other open drug dealing, consumption and madness. Crime is the highest in town; you'll hear gunfire & sirens at night; and the exec director of Street Safe New Mexico, which has addressed sex trafficking hands-on, stated an average 40% of women living on the street here experience rape each – that's each – month, and some 60% of them have been trafficked. And it's not like it's only embattled & boarded businesses; there are residential areas throughout, including across the street from this descanso.
— Gawdknowz what happened to poor Meeklow. Maybe a childhood accident or illness that could happen anywhere. Maybe not.

Descansos are roadside memorials of a fatality at the site, placed by family and friends. In Albuquerque they're statutorily protected from removal.

======================
While reviewing the Pallars front during the civil war prior to our trip to the area, I was looking for some position that was relatively easy to get to, as many are high on rocky peaks far from any roads. But around Llavorsí, even though I wasn't entirely clear where the front actually passed, it seemed to me that it was near a village. Indeed, on this hill it seemed that there were remains of walls among the forest (on Google Earth). They could also be old cattle huts, so it was necessary to check it on the ground.
I will not detail the exact location, as is better to stay preserved and free of looters.
After walking for about 30 minutes, I arrived at the crest of the hill, where there is indeed an old hut. I started walking along the ridge to the west, in a very windy forest curiously full of cow dung.
Right at the point where the ridge begins a marked descent, I found remains of trenches and above all, ruins of huts where the soldiers took shelter. In case you need to reaffirm the identity of the remains, fragments of barbed wire and above all a total visual control over Llavorsí, they erased all my doubts. This was the fascist combat front between April 1938 and January 1939.
It must be said that there was no major combat in the area, but it has many remains of barracks and some trenches, all right on the ridge. For them this position was vital, since from here the republicans could have controlled the artillery on Llavorsí, a key point of enemy logistics. On the other hand, I did not find any remains of weapons, logical given that there was no combat.

Sweetie, Teresa, Darren and Drew
Darren --- So how was that Model Lux shoot you guys did yesterday?
Teresa --- Don't even get me started on that...
Drew --- I thought it went well.
Teresa --- Are you serious right now!
Drew --- What? You didn't think it went well?
Teresa --- Uh... the fact that Raquelle was in it. She's not affiliated with F2K in any way, shape or form!
Darren --- Well... her brother is and her best friend is so...
Teresa --- So what? She's not! and she shouldn't have even been in the photo. She shouldn't have even been on set. When I think about her it makes my plastic just wanna melt!
Drew --- You need to cool that down. It's not that big of a deal
Teresa --- It's not me! It's her! Am I the only one who sees right through that girl? There's nothing good about her! Nothing!
Darren --- She's kinda hot!
Teresa --- Ewe...
Drew --- I think it may be you... 'cause I don't think she's that bad. I mean she can be a bit much but...
Teresa --- She needs to get what's coming to her! Sometimes I just want to pour water on her to see if she'll melt like the witch she is!
Darren --- A little harsh, don't you think?
Teresa --- Not harsh enough if you ask me!
Drew --- Can't girls just get along...
[Sweetie comes in with plates in hand]
Sweetie --- How are y'all doing? Here's your order.....

"Some things you can't just fix." - D.M. Kydan Witress
Narrator- "Ever since this war has started, the Republic's LAAT Gunships are the most suitable ships for both air and ground assault attacks. Some carry medical tanks while others carry laser turrets for more fire power. However, even with all that, you always need the best and most trained pilots to fly them. Now, the Republic has tons of good pilots and whatnot. But most of them are clones, and they only been through simulations on Kamino. Some of these clones actually have gone through the pilot training. And yet, they're still pretty bad at flying.'
'So if you don't believe what you hear, than this here should prove it. Cause this one clone couldn't do a simple thing as that."
_________________________
(Outer Rim, Republic Fleet, Five months after the Battle of Taris)
Out in the Outer Rim Territories, inside the Venator-Class Star Destroyer, Reluctance, Dark Mercenary, Kydan Witress, was working on a damaged gunship that had just been in the recent warzone. Apparently, one of the pilots had gone and rammed the gunship into the ground while dodging anti-aircraft turrets that were, to say, blazing with death written on all of them. But when he did, the pilot damaged the gas line from underneath the gunship, so the fuel was now leaking, empty and unflyable. To fix the pilot's mistake, Kydan had to go and fix someone else's problem. Again...
Kydan- *Grumbles* "The third time this happened. How the bloody galaxy does that clone damaged something like this? That part, I may never know..."
???- "Need any help, merc boy?"
Not even looking up to see who it was, he rolled his eyes as the woman's voice called him 'merc boy'. He knew fully well who it was, and he didn't need another argument from the likes of her.
Kydan- "No. I don't trust you with these ships at all. And would you stop calling me merc boy, Calena?"
Calena- First off, the name suits you so it's permanetly stuck, and second...what the heck do you mean you don't trust me?"
Kydan just sighed in annoyance and pulled himself out from underneath the gunship, brushing off the dust and grease from his hands and work garments.
Kydan- "I'll tell you why. It's because the last time I had you help me fix one of these, you had gone and screw up the piloting controls. On top of that, the gun turrets were loose after you 'greased' them."
Calena- "That was not my fault! I was just trying to help!"
Kydan- "And yet...you go and do more damage to the ship..."
That got her mad. Yes, it was true, she was just trying to help him fix the last gunship after the Battle of Dantooine had ended. But it wasn't like she had to be perfect about it. All she was trying to do was give him a hand and try to be nice about it. But instead, all she gets is a big fat complaint from him.
Calena- "Well excuse me for trying to help! I thought I would do something nice for a change! I guess I won't ask to help again."
Kydan just sighed in response after a moment of silence. In truth, he really didn't mean it saying that. He was just blowing off steam from all the anger and annoyance he had with his trooper. Because of him, he was the one stuck with fixing the bloody dang gunship. He thought that he might as well have some help before he's on his own.
Kydan- "Alright...if you really want to help me, hand me that duck tape over there."
Pointing to where the tape was, she huffed and reached over, grabbed it and handed it back to him as she crossed her arms. Going back under the gunship, he takes the tape and starts to wrap some of it around the broken pipe from underneath, sealing the fuel lines completely. From what he could see, it had worked.
Kydan- "There! That'll hold it for the time being."
Calena- "Exactly what was wrong with it?"
Kydan- "Fuel line was broken again. Our 'best pilot' rammed the gunship into the ground on one of our last battles and damaged the fuel line. So the gunship ran out of fuel when it came back inside the destroyer with a hole about the size of a wamp rat."
Calena- "Does he reallly want to get in trouble by his superiors or something? I can't seem to figure him out what so ever."
Kydan- "Now that, we can both agree on. Come on, let's get some grub and then come back and work on this more."
Calena- "I thought you said you don't need help?"
Kydan- *Sighs* "I suppose...I can give you another chance. But no messing with anything else except what we're working on. Understand?"
Happy with his response, the two headed to the cafeteria lounge to get something to eat. Walking rigth pass them was a clone trooper named Degree, one of the members of Kydan's squad and the squad's ammunition expert. He was carrying a crate full of something through the hangar over to where the gunship was positioned at.
Degree- *Grumbles* "Why do I have to do this stuff? This is for the crew members, not a squad member! And it wasn't my fault that I wrecked the gunship again. I was under alot of pressure--"
But before he could finish his sentence, he had suddenly slipped and fell to the ground hard, dropping whatever the crate was containing to the floor on its side. Apparently, he had somehow slipped on some Tibanna Gasoline that was spilled out of the hangar.
Degree- "Ow! Who in the cloning process left fuel lying around?!"
To answer his question, he looked over to where the crate had spilled its items at. He noticed that one of the items had rolled right over to the tools stand, ready to pump right into it. To his horror, he noticed that one of the tools was laying right off the edge of the stand, ready to fall from the slightest touch of something like a feather. That tool was a flame torch.
He shut his eyes tight as the item tapped the stand slightly, causing the torch to fall to the ground with a loud clang. After a few moments, shutting his eyes tight, he slightly looked over to where the torch had landed. To his relief, the torch did absolutely nothing as it just laid there on the ground.
Degree- *Wipes forehead* "Phew! Glad nothing bad happened this time. For a second there, I thought something bad would happen..."
Oh how wrong he was...
_________________________
(10 minutes later...)
Kydan- "Good thing this ship was carrying actual food for once."
Calena- "Better than those rations we've all been eating lately. I could already go for thirds."
Breona- "I second that, ma'am."
Kydan- "Now, let's get working on that gunship finally."
However, just stepping into the hangar bay, the scene before them all was shocking and horror.
What they saw was the entire hangar bay on fire, with flames catching everything it could on fire, canisters flying around on both ground and air, and clones trying to control the chaos all around them. What was worse, out of everything they noticed, was that the gunship was now blown into bits, flames and smoke coming out of it. They couldn't believe what they were witnessing.
Kydan- "What the--?!"
Calena- "Oh my..."
Breona- "Uh..."
What came next was nothing compared to what was gonna happen at that moment. Looking over to the side of the gunship was none other than Degree himself, looking at his commanding officers with a very nervous smile and chuckle.
Degree- "H-heh...h-hey there sirs...ma'am. Um...th-this isn't what it looks like..."
Kydan- *Eye twitches* "Exactly what does it look like then...Degree?"
Both Calena and Breona could tell that Kydan was already furiated with his trooper, let alone the tone of his voice. They knew that his voice was completely fake and was hiding the anger that was quickly boiling inside him.
Degree- W"-well it...u-um...okay--this was not my fault...to say, and--"
Before he could even finish his sentence, a blaster shot was seen passing right by him as he dodged it at the nick of time.
Looking over to who had try to shoot him was Kydan, pointing his CC-29 "Magna" Pistol at his own trooper. The expression on his face was completely changed into furry and anger, his eyes turning red rose colored. He was now completely beyond mad.
Kydan- "Degree..."
(A minute later...)
Kydan- *Anger* "I'LL KILL YOU, YOU USELESS CLONE! I'LL RIP OUT YOUR SOCKETS AND SHOVE THEM RIGHT UP YOUR..."
Degree- *Terrified* "W-WAIT, SIR! L-LET ME EXPLAIN! AHHH!"
Calena and Breona just stood there as Kydan chased Degree all around the hangar, trying to either get his hands on his trooper or shoot him with his pistol. They both had the look of annoyance, knowing that Degree had really screwed this up.
Breona- I really like to know how Degree created something so chaotic in a hangar.
Calena- I think I know...
Calena showed Breona what and how it all happened as she reveal to him the very same duck tape that Kydan had used to patch up the fuel line earlier before they went to get some food.
Breona- "Is that...?"
Calena- *Sighs* "The very same tape that Kydan had patched the fuel line with."
Looking over to the chaos that was pursuing and Kydan still chasing Degree all around, Calena just sighed and shook her head.
Calena- And he saids I screw up whenever I fix something.
Breona- "Think we should tell them?"
The two looked at each other for a moment before looking back to Kydan and Degree, watching as Kydan threw a couple of crates by using the Force at his trooper dodged them one-by-one, still terrified by his commander's rage and anger. Calena and Breona stared with blank expressions before the two shook their heads in unison.
Calena & Breona- "...Nah."

We had a great and funny time coming up with this piece of work. We tried to work it over with our series since stupidity kinda runs around in it, so we wanted to show what it was like with some of the future clones in Tanga squad. And out of them all, I suggested to my crew of our clone, Degree, who makes us all laugh with his stupidity and stubborness, as well as his crazy acts. So nonetheless, this was really fun. Also, it was a good way for us to show you guys each of the members of Tanga Squad as well.
Anyways, this is was our entry to the "HUGE Fans of LEGO Contest Round 1" back on MOC-pages in December 2014. The subject was how duck tape can be used and ending in a funny disaster. And the first thought of ours was a clone screwing up something important in the Star Wars universe, and so, this is what we had come up with. We didn't think we would have won it by any means, but surprisingly, we won by a landslide. It was very fun and hopefully soon, we would like to to enter another contest such as that one lol.
Hope you all enjoyed this little old piece of work of ours, and we will be doing bios for each character in the series very soon, so stay tuned for that. Thanks again for everything you guys are doing for us, and as always, have a fan-tucking-tastic day/night! See ya' in the next one.

The Terran-Zhikan War is now into its 10th year. As more and more heavy naval units are drawn to the warzone at the Border, the Terran Empire needed replacement units to police the Core Systems, as well as defending against strategic “terror” strikes by the enemy.
The Fire Drake Class was developed as a fast response light carrier, used for system defense and patrol within the Empire Core. Each carrier has a complement of 20 Fire Wasp Starfighters and is heavily armed, to be able to engage enemy Capital Ships on its own.
The Fire Drakes are produced by Shenzhen Space Industries from orbiting shipyards around their Core World Neo-China, the same manufacturer of the Fire Wasp Starfighters.
Armament:
Twin Missile Turrets: 7 (Multirole)
Twin linked Auto Blaster Turrets: 14 (Point Defense)
Twin linked Heavy Kinetic Cannon Turrets: 2 (Heavy Bombardment/Anti-Capital Ship)
Model Stats:
Length: 286studs = 2.29m = 7ft 6in
Max Width: 82studs = 65.8cm = 2ft 2in (excluding engine projections)
Height: 38studs = 30.5cm = 1ft (excluding antennae)

Welcome
to Helghan
a theatre of war
"My people. Sons and daughters of Helghan.... For many years, we have been a broken nation... Shunned, oppressed, and conquered by those we sought to escape. ...Ten years ago, I asked for time, and that time was granted by you. You, the strength in my arm, the holders of my dreams.... Our forefathers embarked on the greatest exodus in the history of all mankind... An exodus for freedom. Helghan became that freedom... Our new world changed our bodies. At first, it weakened us, but in fact, we were growing... stronger. In the time you have given me, I have rebuilt our nation, I have rebuilt our strength, and I have rebuilt our pride!... Our enemies at home have been re-educated. We have given them new insights into our cause. On this day, we stand united once more. On this day, those driven to divide us will hear our voice! On this day, we shall act as one, and we shall be ignored NO MORE! Defenders of the Helghast dream, NOW IS OUR TIME!"
