Decided to take the Jeep on a wander to explore the back roads.
I took the road to Lake Isabella and ran into some interesting clouds, and then a rainbow!
Rarely out and about and she fell over into the wet grass, moments after this photograph was taken! Yikes!
ADED 47/365
no tiene nada de maravilloso esta foto, salvo que es una de mis primeras fotos, que no había fotógrafo y que el misterio del vestido está en el escote de atrás (era en el culo!!!)

My drifting eyes wander the gloom of darkness in my life.
Intruding light can hurt my eyes, both weary and red,
Filled brimming and left empty still. Tears shed and unshed,
For want of my best friend and for want of my wife.
Even still I know the shroud is in no way complete.
What seems a dark abyss or some forgotten oubliette,
More likely just the shadows, for the sun does not forget.
Somewhere lies the border where the light and shadows meet.
Shadow is a moment's state, not any place to live.
Built of naught but empty space, unseen object blocks the light.
But shift the sun or object, something subtle, something slight,
Where once I saw expansive gloom, shadow starts to give.
What interposing object blocks daylight from my view?
With gaze dwelling on darkness I eclipse my own extent.
I was my own obstruction, shadowing my own intent.
My face upturned toward the light learns to shine anew.
www.wanderfoot.com / The waters and ambiance of Lake Tahoe create a magical environment for inspiration and expansion. Being the largest alpine lake in North America and the second deepest in the US, there is plenty of room for creativity and imagination to roam wild! Soak in the nature as the grand Sierra peaks rise from the shoreline and the rushing rapids of the rivers flow towards their source. A mysterious phenomenon occurs in this glacial lake that keeps the waters here for an extremely long time, before continuing their journey to the ocean. Some of the water in this lake has been here for over 700 hundred years... providing a morning reflection for natives, adventurers and explorers of centuries past! I highly encourage taking a refreshing dip to cleanse the soul and invigorate the spirit!
