My teal leather wallet looks fat here, but it's not stuffed with money any more after our recent vacation! This is drawn with a mechanical pencil in my travel kit.
SOLD. This rustic looking wallet is made using exclusively upcycled materials.
It matches my Corduroy Feline Circles and Wine Spiral Bag and my Stripe Bag with herringbone Straps as well.
The materials used are an assortment of fabrics from my scrap bin: cotton, polyblends, a stretch corduroy, synthetic fleece, flannel and a synthetic yarn left from my knitting season last year.

so i worked on this wallet last night
after m & i cut down trees in our
front yard. this one is will be for me

on one layer so its a little odd.
once i get the details worked out
i will make atleast 5 for the no coast
craft fair in december!
i didn't top stitch yet because i have
no brown thread. :)

I used a basic stitch to attach the star applique. Use your imagination. Play with color, use contrasting floss, add some french knots, buttons, sequins, ribbon etc.

Also got this duct tape wallet by Ducti. I had one a few years ago that I loved, and it eventually wore out.
I used the tutorial here, and still managed to screw up the last couple of steps. I accidentally stiched down the top pockets so I can't slide my money in without folding it. *sigh*.
At least I have lots of card pockets. Not for credit cards, for points, membership and medicare cards.
This wallet is made from the tailored scraps of a pair of Imperials (similar to the pair pictured).
