A never before seen blast from the past when the twins were still crib-bound babies, just waking up.
Fred's Swedish girlfriend during their first vacation together in Sweden. Probably he was working in Jönköping at the time and they travelled from "Lindköping" (I guess he either means Lidköping or Linköping) to Motala and the Varamobaden. The photo album documenting Fred, a German chef, working in Sweden was bought on German ebay.

I read somewhere that your awake cycle is a biological thing that goes all the way back to when we were a tribal system. There are people who get up early, there are people who stay up all night, and a range in between, so that there would always be someone to metaphorically guard the fire. Me, left to my own devices, I go to bed at 3 am and get up at 10 am. This nine to five thing, it's a bit of a killer.

nick singing a special "mother's day" song to rachel, he learned it in school and the lyrics have something to do with dropping toast on mom's head, spilling coffee (on her?), but everything working out well because motherly love is utterly unconditional.

Brittany and I woke up Adam on his last day in Columbus. We shined a light in his face, took pictures, then told him to go back to sleep.
Then we covered his doorway in crepe paper. Awesome.
