A new book has just opened for 2017, all the pages are still blank and it only remains for us to fill them with our most beautiful hopes, dreams, passions, and joys.
Let's take our most beautiful pen or keyboard and start writing the first chapter. Antoine de Saint Exupéry wrote "Regarding the future, it is not a question of foreseeing it but of making it possible"
On the first page of my book for this new year I am writing that I will no longer respond to anyone on Flickr who simply makes any photo a favourite and who does not also leave a comment. In order not to go against what I have written on this first page of my book, I ask you to not just add my photo as a favourite without a comment, thus avoiding any notion of reciprocal obligation.

Un nouveau livre vient de s'ouvrir pour 2017. Toutes les pages sont encore blanches. Il ne nous reste plus qu'à les remplir avec nos plus beaux espoirs, rêves, passions et joies.
Alors prenons notre plus belle plume ou notre plus beau clavier et commençons à écrire le premier chapitre.

Sur la première page de mon livre pour cette nouvelle année, j'ai écrit que je ne répondrai plus à toutes les personnes sur Flickr qui me mettent en favori et ne me laissent pas de commentaire sous la photo.
Pour ne pas trahir ce que j'ai écrit sur cette première page de mon livre, je vous invite donc à ne pas me mettre en favori sans écrire un commentaire sous la photo, cela évitera ainsi toute notion d’obligation réciproque.

Falaise normande au Lieu dit "Les Bateaux", c'est vers Vignet-de-Cabourg sur la côte normande dans le Calvados.
La Côte normande avec ses falaises est fantastique à voir, c'est vraiment beau, tout comme à l'intérieur des terres. La France est vraiment un très beau pays vue du ciel (cela fait un peu chauvin, mais bon...)

Aerial view of the North Norfolk coast taken off Sidestrand, looking east toward Mundesley. This stretch of coastline is one of the most dynamic in Britain, where the soft glacial cliffs are constantly shaped by sea and weather. The fertile fields of north Norfolk roll right to the cliff edge, contrasting with the deep blues of the North Sea beyond.
Erosion here can exceed two metres per year, revealing layers of ancient till and sand deposited during the last Ice Age. Villages such as Sidestrand and Trimingham have seen whole roads, farms, and gardens claimed by the sea over the past century. Today, careful monitoring, managed retreat, and local defences aim to balance the needs of the community with the forces of nature.
For those who have already been in San Francisco, this view from the sky shows the familiar drawings of the streets.
This one who goes straight up to the sea is Market street.
Note the thick black cloud on the top of the image : the hint of the huge fires who devastated the forests around SF in August 2015.
