The Devil does Halloween. Or tries. He figured being "a smidgen too red" would fly this merry season, and he could just blend in with the myriad of devils, smurfs, and other people rocking body paint. Just one problem - gotta hide the all-too-real horns.

When I visited the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley, Washington state some weeks back, we had great weather all along the journey, but when we reached the destination, the dark clouds started rolling in.

This, apparently, is typical to the Pacific Northwest, and while I didn't get any sunny, bright shots of tulips, I had many dramatic shots instead !!

I was watching a documentary about Kirby a few nights ago and I was reminded again why this man was so briliant. His characters and background style has often been used in graff but now I thought it would be nice to depict the king himself.
