portable rgb panel light i ordered online just arrived yesterday. interesting gadget that can provide instant light when needed specially for vlogging. it can provide different types of light settings, that includes light temperature, which is a cool feature
I really love vintage things, so I went for that feel for this photo.
My computer,
Car keys,
Pocket camera for vlogging,
Phone,
Journal,
Headphones,
Skateboard,
3DS XL,
And slippers.
I feel that these items really describe me. I WOULD put my DSLR there.
I've had a week of evaluated highs and incredible lows within my art. I go through stages of feeling inadequate and not having a worthy voice to feeling inspired and confident in the things I am saying through my work. I think sometimes I need to remind myself that worshipping your own ideas isn't a self-indulgent motion, it's a human beings right to enable life through creative channels.
I guilt myself into thinking I'm not 'normal' and I don't 'fit in' but really I just need to stop giving a shit and just create for the sake of my own sanity.
Anyway, with that being said, I've vlogged the making of this image and it's going to be posted on the 23rd Dec. I created the halo using an old coat hanger wrapped in fairy lights and then suspended it from above on a backdrop stand!

Image quality
At 20 million pixels on a sensor of 6.4 by 4.8mm you can not expect picture quality of a full-frame (36 by 24mm). The PowerShot SX70 has relatively little light on every pixel and noise is also unavoidable at lower ISOs.
As we have already said in previous reviews of this SX series, any noise is only 'problematic' above ISO 800 and viewed at 100% in Photoshop

If you want to get the maximum image quality from the photos of this PowerShot, put the camera in RAW / C-RAW and develop in the free download Digital Photo Professional (DPP 4.9.20.0). Put the Luminance Noise Reduction on 0 and the Chrominance Noise Reduction on 4. Then you lose the 'dirty' noise and keep detail with a nice grain.

Because the perfect camera does not exist, there is no perfect travel camera.
The PowerShot SX70, however, is a very good holiday camera of just over 600 grams, which can bring almost any subject into the picture (photo and video) and surprise its audience unexpectedly.
Together with the 'pocketable' PowerShot G7X mark II (for reporting work in 'low light' situations and for vlogging), it is the perfect travel companion.
Do not go 'pixel tips' with such compact cameras, but watch the photos full-screen, as you always do with your phone. Then it all looks fine

I know I vlogged making these last year but I’m pretty sure I never put up the photos… So today here are some mini kitty coffee cup cozies. You know I spent way too much time trying to work out whether it was “cosy” or “cozy” and whether it was a US/UK...
Alas neither Lightroom/Photoshop nor Capture One accept the ZV-1 RAW's at this time, it's only JPG-images atm
And yes, I had to wait a while before being able to publish them. Understandably.
Star Wars Weekends was truly a memorable time! Riding Star Tours, meeting the celebrities and characters, making friends, etc!
Sure we to had walk all over creation and stand in lines, but all of that waiting and walking paid off. The parade was really cool, what really caught my eye was the Phase 2 Wolfpack suits along with ARC Trooper Fives and Echo. Darth Revan was really cool too!
We rode Star Tours about 7 times, I wish it had been more…but time doesn't wait for you. We did get a chance to see all of the shows, such as Behind the Force with a NEW Season 5 trailer! Stars of the Saga, Obi Wan and Beyond, and A Visit to the Maul !
We had to arrive at Hollywood Studios two out of the three days at 4:30am in order to retrieve the FASTPASS tickets for the celebrity signings, and boy was it definitely worth the wait! I first met James Arnold Taylor (voice of Obi-Wan), and it was my first time back at SWW so I was a little shaken. He was very nice and patient with me, but we were rushed by the Disney Cast Members so I didn't even get the chance to smile in the picture. So next I met Dee Bradley Baker (voice of CW Clones), I approached him while vlogging so he was trying to read me and see what I was doing. I even got him to say MGF Customs/Reviews in a Clone voice! Later I got the chance to meet Ashley Eckstein (voice of Ahsoka) again. I swear, there isn't a nicer person on this planet. She was really kind.
I didn't meet any celebrities on the second day, mainly because my Dad was too tired to get up 2:30am again. So the second day we spent attending shows, meeting characters, and shopping at Darth's Maul.
The third day was easily the best, we got up at 2:30am and headed straight there. We got in line with some pretty decent spots, my sister and I were in Ray Park's line, while my dad was in JAT's. We first rode Star Tours twice in a row, and after breakfast we jumped on JAT's line again at 8am. Not only did the picture come out great, but he basically made my day by saying "Your watching MGF Customs and Reviews, the force is strong here!" in his famous Obi-Wan voice! So afterward we caught up with some fans and headed straight for Ray Park's line. He was really awesome, but tired from all of the shows and everything else that he had been doing for the event. He signed my Phantom Menace section of my Blu-Ray box se, and an extra Darth Maul picture that I had brought along! Then we caught up with a ton of characters, got some pictures, and then were the first in line for James Arnold Taylor's Obi-Wan and Beyond show. There he expressed literally 200+ voices and really showed was he is capable of. Later, we spent the rest of the day on what they called The Dark Side of the park. There we met Darth Vader and Tusken Raiders! We tried to have my sister meet Ashley Eckstein but we didn't plan on it so it didn't really work out.
Later, my sister made me get on line with her to meet Woody and Buzz but then I told her that they would be there until 10pm. So we went to meet Chewbacca and his Ewok friend! We were the LAST in line for Chewbacca for the first weekend! Is that good? Or is that memorable? Chewy hugged me a lot. Right after that, we jumped on Star Tours for the last time. We managed to get glimpse at the Hyperspace Hoopla and even managed to snag a picture with Kit Fisto without waiting in an obnoxious line! Then when Star Wars Weekends 2012 met it's end we went to the Lego Store to pick up some Coruscant parts and the NEW promotional Hulk figure! But there was just something that bothered me about the manager, I don't really know what though…
Finally, with our house only 2 parsecs away…we climbed aboard the Millennium Falcon and set course for home. I was asleep the entire time, but when I woke we had landed right in front of our neighborhood. Fastest two hours ever!
