I took these photos of a series of columns in a graphical organizer that I wrote from student comments, for our examination on world history.
All that these photos did is remind me that I give sucky exams.

If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking.
~ George S. Patton
Conformity is often seen as a bad thing when talking about creativity. But sometimes, conformity can be good. A lot of times, the best idea or solution actually is rooted in what everyone else is thinking - with an unexpected twist.
We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.
~ Albert Einstein
The ability to look at what everyone else is looking at and see it with an unusual twist is a key trait of highly creative people. One way this is accomplished, is to examine things from multiple perspectives. This may mean physically moving around an object. It can also be done by trying to see through other people's eyes in your imagination.
If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you'll never get it done.
~ Bruce Lee
When things stay in your imagination, they remain imaginary. Creativity requires action to bring ideas to life.
Venture deep into the wilderness of lost thought to the point that you physically shiver with apprehension, and there you will find creativity.
~ Carl Henegan
Creativity is often defined as the creation of something new and useful. To create something new, one must try something new. That often involves, or even requires, the creator to step outside their comfort zone a bit.
While it is common to be somewhat apprehensive when faced with something new, highly creative people do not let any apprehension stop them. Highly creative folks enjoy taking risks, and know there's plenty to gain by trying new things.

I was invited once again by my colleagues of DG REGIO, European Commission, to visually record the two-day meeting of the European funds communicators. More than 250 communicators from across Europe gathered in a magnificent Ghent’s cloister, Belgium, to discuss the future of Cohesion Policy, learn and share the best practices to communicate the benefits of the EU funds to citizens. I thank my colleagues for inviting me to each of the biannual meetings since 2017. Since this first time we noticed that the graphic recording has become one of the most appreciated elements by the participants. The many positive feedback I receive at the event only confirm this observation. That all those who took the time to come and talk to me are also thanked.
