This image is actually an image of the super tiredness of the hiker, myself :-D . What I experienced at Ansu lake trek is simply undefinable for me. Pain and total unawareness. My heart could have exploded. I felt someone tied extra 20lbs right on the top of my heart. Breath was no where; legs were fresh as the distance is no more a problem for me. But man, that altitude almost killed me.

Ansu lake trek turned me into a novice again. Casual hiking and trekking are as considered nice hobby. But high-altitude hiking requires is a no joke, specially for a low lander like me. It needs a lot of effort from a person like me to be a frequent high-altitude hiker.

I did so many mistakes, the biggest of them must be to consider the trek as of 2 hours, whereas for a lowlander like me, it was nothing less than 7 hours. Hence it only went uninteresting every moment, specially after 2 hours, the upper limit :-D

I did not summit the Ansu lake as it was too late, and I preferred to save time for return. Our return was deadly. I fell in total darkness 2 times. The second time, I must have slid for like 3-4 feet, my boots choice was totally wrong and I had no traction. This all wining is going through my head when still somehow, I am willing to take a snap, the deadly Ansu trek.

In my whole trip, I spent most time in Deosai. And there is no surprise in it. Barela (the huge land pictured above) was the chilliest in my trip. And it was the highest point of my trip too perhaps. Thanks to the layers I was wearing, the place was very cold.

To my left is a sub glacier and I wish I had binoculars to track leopard’s foot marks or that of Markhor’s. The silence was loud and the air was wild natural fresh. The landscapes were mesmerizing and the sun was bright but helplessly cold.

The people of Prophet Shoaib AS used to foul trade. They would weigh less and price more. As a believer, these sights are primarily for our faith and remembrance. The Quran mentions the people before us and their disbelief. It is an open invitation to humans and the Jins(Ya AyyuHal Insaan , Ya bani Adam, Ya Mashar al Jinni wal Ins ) to visit the earth and observe HOW and WHY were they abandoned.

The locals, the foreigners, the travelers, all have named several spots, mesmerizing view points pitched up as best locations to reach and enjoy.

But you can’t spotify the exoticness of land as big as KPK. As I try to rhyme, it’s the passages giving the thrill, it’s the towns and villages you just pass by which has all it takes to make a place in your heart.

What you just need is to look from your own eyes, not from other’s. My eyes tells me this place is awesome

Flying high above Sycamore Canyon in northern Arizona on a cloudy afternoon. The canyon itself is so vibrant with color, no over saturated edit here. This is a view looking west with trees abound and a great intro composition as it captures the entirety of the shoot location. More to come including video.

Levernois in France

I pass by this church every morning as I go to work and was waiting for the right time (the right sunrise) to capture this image. It was a bonus to get the snow machine with a trail of snow too.

The fort of Khaybar was conquered in the 6th year of Hijrah in Ghazwa Khaybar.

Hugely popular in muslims for the historic conquest and specially the heroics of a young passionate Ali RA, the cousin of the Prophet MUHAMMAD.

Most of the visitors were from Pakistan, India or the native Saudis, all very excited recalling the great victory and the heroics of Hazrat Ali RA. Old men, women even were climbing to the top as for them, it was some kind of a spiritual duty or something, awesome to see their passion.

This is the land of the snow leopard and its prey, the Markhor. The rule is, the more wilderness you reach, the more wildlife expected. This perhaps was the most wild area I have covered in Deosai. Silence is roaring, complimented by the chill airs from the snow clad mountain.

Continuing from the trip in 2016, this bridge severely caught all my attention as we were on our way to Manthokha ( famous for the big Manthokha waterfall). Not a small bridge from any means, unfortunately it was not fiunctional then due to heavy land sliding.

The view was breath taking and a photo was damn due, so here it is.

The route from Skardu to Manthokha is exceptionally beautiful. The more near you get to the waterfall, the more beautiful sceneries you see.

This picture is an example of the same. This is just a random view from the road while we are travelling to Manthokha, and we are very near to it actually.

I didn't wanna go away from here. And that's the only point I make trying to make here.

Visiting Manthokha is not visiting one plac0e,

It is visiting Several places :D

These unplanned spots are worth to explore and photograph. They are literally gems enroute. We are travelling to Madyan from Jebel Al Lawz (which was closed for tourists and we could only make as near as 10KMs to it) and I am being dropped from the car for a solo exploration. My friends are at the gas station and look what I found. There are so many places on the earth which deserve a name really.
