Description: 35 students from 4 regional schools were put in teams mentored by creative professionals to solve a real world advertising problem for the City of Denver's cultural affairs program.

The Flavour is full, soft and generous, showing good wood storage. A wine that is an excellent example of the district and one that merits further bottle age to bring it to full maturity. J.H. Label reads:" 1981 EDEN VALLEY RHINE RIESLING This wine typifiies the philosophy of Krondorf Winemakers Grant Burge and Ian Wilson which is to produce high quality table wines exhibiting distinct area and varietal Characteristics Each year only the highest quality Rhine Riesling grapes from the Eden Valley area are selected to produce this wine. The high altitude of the Eden district ensures cooler ripening conditions giving wines of elegance and finesse. Using controlled temperature techniques the winemakers were careful to capture maxium flavour and aroma from the grape variety. The wine was bottled in July 1981 and has been held in the cool Krondorf Cellars allowing it to settle and mature prior to release It shows elegance of style typical of the Eden Valley region and will continue to improve with further bottle maturation for two to three years.

Label reads:" Estd. 1877 McWilliam's Mount Pleasant PHILIP HERMITAGE 1969 The climatic conditions existing through the latter months of 1968 and early 1969 resulted in the quantity of red grapes harvested for the 1969 vintage being very limited. Because of this, the 1969 Philip Hermitage is a blend of Hermitage, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, and was matured in 600 gallon oak casks until bottled in July 1971. This blend has produced a very unique wine; full bodied, fruity, with good balance and firm tannin finish.
