No. 4 - 4: Maidenhead: Underpass - tiles of tied Keys(6/6/10)
In Maidenhead many of the Underpasses are decorated with tiles such as these. This one caught my eye, though I have no idea what connotation these keys have apart from the Keys of St. Peter of Rome - but the context seems all wrong!

Ceramicist Kevin Turner is a Mississippi native who creates high-quality translucent porcelain and fine china-processed artwork that focuses on the landscapes of the South. Turner visited the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art for a student workshop from Oct. 2-4, 2017, and presented an artist talk on Oct. 3.
During Turner’s three-day workshop, students observed a demonstration of his casting and handbuilding techniques and a digital presentation of his past and current research on the development of low fire translucent porcelain, a newly adapted energy-friendly ceramic material.
Turner’s visit was funded by the College Life Enrichment Committee (CLEC) and the Betty Foy Sanders Department of Art.

in a Garai village. Someone must bring food and water offerings to a grave *every day* for at least three years. After that time, the family must invite the whole village to a big party on the grave, after which the grave is abandoned and left to the elements.
