CENTER OF ATTENTION is the Topic for Saturday May 28th 2011
I reckon it's a bit stretched for the challenge topic, but I wanted to fiddle with Android Vignette App and with Picnik :)
I'm trying to catch up with the challenges after a bit of a break and I left my DSLR at home on purpose to focus on composition and creativity without distractions... and because I was encumbered enough for the 24 hour shift at work!

Scavenge Challenge November 2011 - "25) Education Center: Manual vignetting is an old-style technique and one with which you can have a lot of fun. Basically, you will be shooting through an object with a hole in it, using depth of field to create a blurred frame surrounding a distant subject. For this project, you will need something like a plastic cottage cheese or yogurt container with a neat circle cut out of the bottom. "
This was shot looking through a heart-shaped hole cut in a sheet of waxed paper at one of our fall-colored Crape Mytles.
Dailyshoot Challenge: Use vignetting in a photograph today. Either add it in post (easier) or do it in camera via lens or lighting (harder).

This bird wouldn't stay quiet for more than a second! Which was probably the reason I started taking pictures of it, anyway.
Using the ultra-wide angle lens, that works perfectly on my 700D, on the full frame 5D, produces interesting vignetting.
Because I am a famous man I have a yellow car, it means I have a big penis, I will take picture of my penis soon! Stay tuned fans!!!!ONE
