My husband's mother arranges vignettes all around her home and they change all the time. This was a new one to me since I hadn't been to her house since we moved from CA to OR in July.

Playing with vignetting. (I think that's how you spell it)

Upped the Vignetting all the way up... great idea to be able to have more flexibility with the vignetting letting you set the mood you want or to better focus on a subject area.

my parents, aunt, cousins and gramma came to visit our new place for the first time this weekend (on two separate visits) - my mom brought my this beautiful Willow Tree angel, the 8th in my collection, Bloom - my gramma brought me this cute little teapot which coordinated perfectly and created (along with a vintage vase passed down from my great-grandma via my mom) the perfect spring vignette on the top of my shelf

while doing some custom bokeh experiments, a happy accident occurred and some sweetly fuzzy vignette pictures were taken. my apartment, may 2009.

I have these old shutters, which I thought I would play with....not quite the light I was hoping for, but with practice I think I'll find it. The pitcher is one that my mother made about 45 years ago....I love this pitcher!
