The year 1981 heralded the beginning of the Grand Louvre with the annexation of the Richelieu wing. Dec 23 as Christmas Eve approached A two shot blend. Second shot taken where I switched to a faster shutter speed to capture the approaching pedestrians. I found the light to be beautiful. Natural film-noir lighting. During the week of May 18, 2020 restrictions on restaurants in Vancouver BC were eased. People could gather in groups of six or less and eat in restaurants, as long as the establishment had a way to separate the groups by at least 2 metres. People have started taking advantage of it.

I found another image hidden away on my hard drive "Vault" that I took at Somersby Falls a few years ago - hope you like it!
I've added a little vignette to help draw the viewers focus towards the water flow rather than the surrounding bushland - let me know if you think it works for you please.
