The photograher took an ordinary bench and created a different perspective using creative viewpoints. As a photographer, you should always look for new angles while on assignment. Sometimes filming ordinary items can seem a little boring, however remember finding low, medium or high viewpoints can create a photo that tells a story. Perhaps this photo makes you feel like someone is waiting for a loved one on a winter day. Or perhaps this photo stimiulates an wow! I never really thought about what bench looks like at this level, considering I use it to sit on not next to. Or perhaps this could be what a child would see if he or she was approaching the bench. The two viewpoints proven to help students win awards and scholarships in photography is the Ant and Bird eye, these high and low viewpoints really keep photographers on their toes with creativity

I forget the name of this viewpoint on Arguello Boulevard. Somebody listening to a "tour on tape" in a rent-a-moped drove by and it announced the name and started to give reasons why this viewpoint is unique. I didn't hear the reasons.

One more angle taken from the viewpoint -- this is the road going into Prineville. Big warehouse on the left is Les Schwab.

A single photo can communicate a mass of valuable information in seconds, hence the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words". Photos are integral to real estate marketing. Every listing has interior and exterior photos which enable buyers to quickly screen properties online but gaining a perspective of a neighbourhood, community and municipality is difficult from the ground. There's no better way to gain this perspective than from a 'birds eye' view using images taken at an 'oblique' angle to the ground from the air. So, on September 25, 2014, ViewPoint Realty, in partnership with Vision Air Services, took to the skies over HRM via helicopter with ace check pilot Fred Shuman and two photographers, Tim L'Esperance of Vision Air (also a pilot) and Sean McMullen, Director of Marketing and photographer at ViewPoint. We took more than 4,000 photos from altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 8,000 feet over the course of three hours. The weather was exceptional and we hope you agree that the resulting photos are too!

We didn't have the best day for spectacular views beyond our own forest. The white bit just over the trees in the middle is Howe Sound. The slightly darkish bit just above it, dead center of frame, is the mountains on the other side.

Little Gruinard | Highland | Scotland | UK

Rocky coves and pink sands characterise the Gruinard Bay beaches, with spectacular views and scenery. Gruinard Bay has three stunning, pink sand beaches from the Torridon rocks. From Gruinard Bay there are wonderful views across island studded waters to the Coigach Hills. The area is very interesting from a geological viewpoint and many unusual stones can be found near the rocks and shoreline. The beach offers spectacular views of An Teallach and the northern Highlands.

Another different angle from the viewpoint.

Someone around my height (5'3) rarely gets to see the top of peoples head compared to a person who's 6'5. This picture represents viewpoint because its from a view only some people could be able to see

From this viewpoint 3 beaches can be seen at a glance. From the closest beach namely Kata, Karon and Patong.

do we think that the boat should have been cloned out of this?

Miller Park, Preston, Lancashire.

The Upper Promenade - Derby Walk.

Avenham and Miller Parks are adjoining Parks that lie in the picturesque Avenham valley on the north bank of the River Ribble close to Preston city centre and rank amongst the finest examples of traditional Victorian parkland in the country and are Grade II* listed on the English Heritage Register of Historic Gardens. The parks are separated by the East Lancashire Railway embankment and linked through ornate railway arches.

Both parks were designed and created by the renowned landscape architect Edward Milner during the 1860s. At this time the American civil war was raging and Preston and other North West cotton towns were experiencing a cotton famine due to a shortage of raw material from America. The parks were built as public works to keep cotton workers employed and prevent the social and economic problems associated with high unemployment. Miller Park is named after Thomas Miller (1811-1895) who donated the land to the west of the railway embankmentto Preston Council.

Although the parks were designed by Milner to be a "harmonious whole", his design created two distinct parks. Avenham Park became a romantic style garden whilst Miller Park is more formal in appearance with ornate floral displays. They were opened by HRH the Duke of Cambridge on 3rd October 1867.

Following a successful Heritage Lottery Bid, Avenham and Miller Parks have benefited from a substantial restoration. This project was launched in March2006, with the final phase of the restoration completed in 2014.
