I used my ICE ND1000 filter I purchased from Amazon... finally put it to some good use! (paired with the Rokinon 12mm f/2 Lens)

We Really Move Our Tail For You (9079)

The separated tail of a vintage aircraft abandoned in the desert in the Southwestern United States. Brandishing a flashlight capable of producing different colors, I illuminated the foreground while the tripod-mounted camera shutter was open for this long exposure photo. The streaks in the night sky are star trails created by the movement of the stars during the long exposure photo, accompanied by some beautiful high clouds this cold moonlit winter evening. Many people comment that this looks like the violent end to a whale hunt. This photo appears in my first book of history/night photography. Thanks!

Myakka River State Park is a Florida State Park, that is located nine miles east of I-75 in Sarasota in Sarasota County and that includes portions of southeastern Manatee County. A small portion (1,920 acres) of the park was the gift of the family of Bertha Palmer to the state. The park is named after the Myakka River. Consisting of 37,000 acres, this is one of the state's largest and oldest parks.
A fantastic park to experience nature and wildlife in Florida. I spent a few mornings exploring the area and feel there's much more left to uncover. There are biking and hiking trails, as well as canoe and kayak rentals. Definitely a place to return to in the future.

One of the tasks for any street photographer is to wait for the right moment and this is what I did for this picture. I was looking through one of the fences next to the road and I thought there was nothing interesting to shoot from the fence as it would cover part of my image. But just when I was about to leave and look somewhere else, one of the motorist was staring at me and he kept staring at me while I was taking his picture. Composition-wise the picture transmit the moment, the chaos and the curiosity from the other side of the fence.
