A small village called Birthi - If you are travelling from Chaukori to Munsiyari or Bageshwar to Munsiyari, Birthi on the Munsiyari - Thal Road is a PIT stop for every traveller. With a population of Just 84, this small village is located in Munsiari Tehsil of Pithoragarh district in Uttarakhand. It is situated 35km away from sub-district headquarter Munsiyari and 88km away from district headquarter Pithoragarh.
Dont forget to have a meal at either KMVN Birthi or at Danu Maggie Point which is immensely popular among all local drivers/tourists.
We had great time interacting with the family who run Danu Maggie Point.

WeyAlaska 😃 Where skies meets the earth. After today's Morning capture, was thinking how does it look under star gaze, and tried this Little addition to my existing capture
Hope, some day With Right equipment, time, and oppurtinty will capture this stargaze and do composite.

Sunrise from Bay Island Park overlooking Sarasota Bay.
After making several images from the edge of the bay, I decided to move back a bit to include the beautiful Palm trees in the scene. Doing so gave me the foreground that I was looking for while also providing a clearer focal point for the image. I was particularly drawn to the subtle glow on the palm leaves which I feel gives just enough depth to what would otherwise be a flat silhouette.

Sunday waterfallin' with VB (aka Vaibhav Bhosale)... We hit Big Falls, Lewis Falls (skipped over Twin Falls) and Sullivan Falls.
I used my ICE ND1000 filter I purchased from Amazon... finally put it to some good use! (paired with the Rokinon 12mm f/2 Lens)

Natural Bridge in Rockbridge County, Virginia, is a geological formation in which Cedar Creek (a small tributary of the James River) has carved out a gorge in the mountainous limestone terrain, forming a natural arch 215 ft (66 m) high with a span of 90 ft (27 m). It consists of horizontal limestone strata, and is the remains of the roof of a cave or tunnel through which the creek once flowed. Natural Bridge has been designated a Virginia Historic Landmark and a National Historic Landmark.

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons to photograph.
Looking back the summer seemed to go by so fast; even this year.
The changing of the season also means a change in my life as Kristy and I are expecting our son to arrive on Monday.
It's pretty cool that my son will be born on the first day of fall and it happens one of my favorite seasons.
