Tragic #Germanwings flight #4U9525 Barcelona-Düsseldorf on 24 March 2015. 150 victims. I was one of the last to see passengers of this flight alive.
Together with them I passed the security checkpoint at Barcelona Airport Terminal 2, Spain. One woman smiled at me, and I smiled back. I also got angry with one sluggish man. I think I even accidentally pushed his luggage on the conveyor belt. Like always, we were all in a hurry.
And still, we carry on hurrying now. We forget to sincerely hug our beloved ones for goodbye.
We don’t know yet, that every hug can be the last.
I got the idea to take this symbolic photo few months later when I traveled again from the same terminal and saw this touching advertisement.

An all-white Great Blue Heron fishing in a tidal pool on Siesta Key Beach.
The all-white population of the heron only found in the Caribbean and southern Florida was once treated as a separate species and known as the great white heron.

A view looking out of the Cavern on the Gorge Trail of Watkins Glen State Park.
The first rays of light hit the back wall behind the waterfall accentuating all of the fascinating color texture in the rock. Such a cool spot on the trail and one which gets very crowded later in the day.

This is one of the pictures that I wanted to take since I arrived to Moscow. For this one I had to wait for almost an hour as I was waiting for the Tram to show up. It seems my patience paid off and I was able to get this colourful scene. These old trams are actually quite cool and they run across the city. Quite cool experience to see them in action.
