A LUCKY shot to have caught this! This is a night train that came over the trestle on the lake we were camping at, the night before hiking into the Trinity Alps Wilderness...
I did these for a LP competition tonight. The green of the tree is contamination from a Mercury Vapor light and I never thought I'd love MV contamination. I timed these to allow cars to paint the back/foreground for me. There were small branches all over the place and it made an already difficult orb, suck. I just made the orb and el wire work.
Exposure: ISO 100, f/5.6, 175 sec.

A coworker asked me to take a picture of Drinker's Pub which is where she met her boyfriend. This is one of two versions. Here the buildings reflected are much more obvious.
