As can be seen, in the new version it is a whole plate lower, a different colour and custom built trucks are used instead of the standard wheel sets. I may need to lengthen the fixed coupler in order to negotiate the LEGO curves. Initial calculations show that it is very close.

Blaca hermitage
The Blaca Hermitage is located on the southern side of Brač island, in the Split-Dalmatia County of Croatia.
The hermitage was originally established in 1551 by two Glagolitic monks, and continued by successive generations of monks until 1963 with the death of Father Niko Miličević.

Really? How could I have no known about this version of the lilac? In all my years and experience with lilacs I have never ever seen these before, and for so many years they have been lurking right across the street. Earlier this week their scent lured me in and I finally met this version of the lilac up close and personal. At first I thought I liked it, but after photographing it I have decided that I absolutely love it!
