The first time since the crash of my father (accident in 1980 with two companions on the Glockner) we (my mother, my brother and me) were together at the foot of the Grossglockner. First, the summit was surrounded by fog, but after some time, was always more of it see.

Costume is an original design inspired by the 'cyberpunk'/fantasy genre work of artists including Masumune Shirow, Eric Canete, Joe Benitez, and various modern gaming concept art.
The process was a lot of fun and took approximately 3 months of on-and-off planning and building.
The assembly is made from over 60 parts designed in Solidworks and sewn/cut/glued/laser-cut/heat-formed using various techniques.
The costume includes color changing LEDs on the spine and front that are controlled by an Arduino microcontroller and onboard RGB controllers (respectively), and is powered by 16 AA batteries, 1 LiPo rechargeable battery, two 2032 coin cells, and one 9-volt battery. In total there's more than 70 LED's on the entire costume and over 60 parts.

Another re-processed shot from Sancti Spiritus. This is an evening scene at the bridge over Rio Yayabo. The warm colours, and relaxed traffic drew me to the scene. I realize looking at this that I still have a bit of cleaning-up to do.
My try at greek bentos was not a great success. Our favorite greek foods are represented and still tasted good, but the spanikopitakias and the menemen (technically turkish, not greek) omelette were kind of soggy and not so crisp after a few hours of being in the bento. The keftethes balls were still awesome, though!
