Kuala Lumpur is situated midway along the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, at the confluence of the Klang and Gombek rivers. It is approximately 35 km from the coast and sits at the centre of the Peninsula's extensive and modern transportation network. Kuala Lumpur is easily the largest city in the nation, possessing a population of over one and a half million people drawn from all of Malaysia's many ethnic group.

This is the second version of the original. I tweaked the design a little bit and made the cockpit hinged so it could open. There is also a compartment in the bottom where his weapon can be stored when he sits in it.

Ready for matte top coat. (Actually some of these items are already top coated.). I became impatient with a clogged airbrush and while trying to clean it spilled paint thinner on a portion of one leg. I spent the better part of today fixing that by sanding, re painting and top coating. now it just looks like an abused piece of armor.

This is the first first origami design I've folded in ages, just haven't felt too inspired of late. Anyway, this is another dragon this time folded with Japanese tant paper. The paper's a bit thick actually (probably thrice the thickness of tracing paper), and that lead to a few problems adding details to the head, fingers and toes, I'm actually quite pleased with it all the same.
14" tant paper
~6 hours of folding
4" tall

The same data as before - this time DBE, noise reduction and then stretched before combining with the LRGB tool. Still a tricky process.

Costume is an original design inspired by the 'cyberpunk'/fantasy genre work of artists including Masumune Shirow, Eric Canete, Joe Benitez, and various modern gaming concept art.
The process was a lot of fun and took approximately 3 months of on-and-off planning and building.
The assembly is made from over 60 parts designed in Solidworks and sewn/cut/glued/laser-cut/heat-formed using various techniques.
The costume includes color changing LEDs on the spine and front that are controlled by an Arduino microcontroller and onboard RGB controllers (respectively), and is powered by 16 AA batteries, 1 LiPo rechargeable battery, two 2032 coin cells, and one 9-volt battery. In total there's more than 70 LED's on the entire costume and over 60 parts.
