Vent pipe the sealant around is cracked—removed the old sealant and resealed will keep water tight for a while, needs a proper vent pipe stack and flashing around

(Pycnonotus cafer)-The Red-vented Bulbul is a member of the bulbul family of passerines. It is resident breeder across the Indian Subcontinent, including Sri Lanka extending east to Burma and parts of Tibet.The Red-vented Bulbul is easily identified by its short crest giving the head a squarish appearance. The body is dark brown with a scaly pattern while the head is darker or black. The rump is white while the vent is red. The black tail is tipped in white.
The red-vented bulbul (Pycnonotus cafer) is a passerine that belongs to the bulbul family. It is a resident breeder throughout the Indian subcontinent, from Sri Lanka east to Burma and in some areas of Bhutan and Nepal, including Sri Lanka. The red-vented bulbul can be recognised by its distinctive short crest that gives the head a squarish shape. The head is deeper or completely black, while the body is a dark brown colour with a scaly pattern. The vent is crimson, while the rump is white.It is around 20 cm long and has a long, black tail that is white-tipped.
