I'm noticing more, brighter songs from these fellas. Not sure if it's me or the seasonal change. This one seems fatter, too.
The older houses have beautiful vents to their crawl spaces. The newer houses are built directly on the ground.

On one of my periodic walkabouts in downtown Grimsby, Ontario back on a bright, sunny February day, I spotted a nicely textured section of exhaust fan on some textured vinyl siding on a downtown business. I came in tight and tried to get a symmetrical composition with a minimalist look. - JW

Tech Details:
Taken using a hand-held Nikon D7100 fitted with a AF-P DX Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4.5-6.3, ISO200, Matrix metering, Auto WB, Shutter Priority mode, f/8.0, 1/500 sec. PP in free Open Source RAWTherapee from Nikon RAW/NEF source file: set final image size to be 9000px wide, crop to a little off the top, right and bottom to better centre the vent in the frame, level the image and fine-tune the perspective adjustment, all to get a minimalist image, apply Tone Mapping at default levels, use Shadows/Highlights to recover some highlight detail in the white siding, slightly boost Vibrance, slightly increase Contrast and Chromaticity in L-A-B mode, sharpen (edges only), save. PP in free Open Source GIMP: use the Hue-Saturation-Brightness tool to slightly desaturate the cyan as well as the magenta channels to reduce some pesky colour casts, slightly boost both contrast and brightness, sharpen, save, add fine black-and-white frame, add bar and text on left, save, scale image to 6000 px wide, sharpen, save, add fine black and white frame, add bar and text on left, save, scale image to 3000px wide for posting online, sharpen slightly, save.
