I was watching this documentary on elephants (surprisingly!!)
and there was this moment when one of the herd died.
I was really moved by the way elephants mourn, not only from the herd but other herds too.
So I just drew this tribute to us all eventually shuffling off this mortal coil.
The hearse is based on an austin fx3!

I have been working on and finished a painting commission as of late. Having no desire to paint or draw the paint and canvas and pens have been tucked away. These are a selection of digital files I'm now working on.

This is an updated vector badge I made back in 2017. I was never really happy with the previous color palette I had used and decided to change a few other details.

Here's my version of this famous art deco travel poster by A.M. Cassandre. My version is created in Adobe Illustrator.
The smoke was difficult to replicate in Adobe Illustrator without using a custom scatter brush, so I played around with gradients, feathering, and texturizing tools as a substitute.
