I’ve been experimenting with some of the more advanced techniques in Photoshop recently. This Vector Art style is created using multiple layers of ‘unsharp’, ‘Gaussian blur’, ‘oil painting’, ‘art gallery’ and ‘surface blur’. It looks fantastic on people, so I thought I’d give it a try on a landscape photo I took today.

From April 2020. Forgot to post I guess.

Melbourne Dockland's marina, under the Bolte Bridge - converted to Vector Art.

I liked the scene, the marina with Melbourne's iconic Bolte Bridge in the background. It was just a bad time of day for photography. Dozens of glass buildings, the water and really bright sunlight made all the photos on the day very flat and without much contrast. I thought I'd jazz this one up a big with a bit of Photoshop vector art styling.
