I've noticed this quite a bit lately, if one gas station lowers the price of gas 1 penny huge lines form out side the pump. If the line is 3 cars long and the avg wait time is about 3 minutes, is it worth waiting for 10 minutes to save 25 cents (assuming your tank is 25 gallons)? Well, if it was, that would mean you value your time at $1.50/hour. This is a fraction of minumum wage but yet so many people do it. What I'm saying is that it's cheaper if you goto the pump down the road that costs 1 penny more and there's no wait ;)
