The USAID’s Bangladesh Agricultural Value Chains (AVC) project successfully launched its regional office in Jessore on October 21, 2014. Dr. William T. Levine, Chief of Party, AVC, inaugurated the regional office through cutting ribbon. Total 56 potential stakeholders including 13 Senior Government Officials from Khulna Division participated in the event.
The event began with registration and the program started at sharp 11.00 am with a brief introduction of the participants. Dr. Levine welcomed the participants and briefed them about the project. Following his speech six representatives from the local area also spoke on the occasion and assured all out support to make this project a success. They were: Pankaj K. Sarkar- Director, RRF; Mostafiz Ahmed- Proprietor, Natural Fiber; Md. Abdur Rahman- President, Bangladesh Flower Society; Md. Nurul Islam Liton from Konika Seed; Md. Abdul Aziz- Additional Director, Jessore, Sk. Hemayet Hossain- Additional Director, Khulna.

This image engaged my attention because it is in the middle of my back yard leading down to my garden with beautiful landscaping on the sides of it. This pergola is very special to me because my husband made it for our wedding. We got married right in front of it, but in a different location. This photo shows value with the way the sun is shining in the background with elements being dark and others being lighter. The way the light hits the pergola shows different shades and tints to the white. This picture was taken in my backyard.

Here is the latest contender for worst residential location in all of Chicagoland. This house stands alone on a little sliver of land between the CITGO Refinery, remnants of the old I&M Canal, the busy Sanitary & Ship Canal, and about a million trucking concerns. The Will County Generating Plant is right behind me.
In case you're curious, this house is located in the suburban community of Romeoville. Romeoville neighbors Joliet. That was done on purpose. And wherefore art thou, Romeoville? It is the southwest, and Joliet is its sun.
