Living lucky today. Saw the clouds were breaking and snuck out and snagged one at Lenape. Had a timely heads up from Grumpy that Z10 was lit west as I left the barn and got on my horse.
Got glared here, really wanted to frame this about an engine length further west, but I misjudged the speed and the shutter lag. Fixed it as best I could and cropped the image a little tighter.
Sounds like possible sun on Sunday. We’ll see.

Day 17 of Be Your Own Beloved. The theme for today was claiming or taking up space.
Boris assisted me in figuring out the proper position in relation to the camera. I took this at the same time as the previous self portrait. It's been a busy weekend and didn't realize I'd missed a few days.
Very happy to have a more normal life this summer, going out and meeting friends I haven't seen for months, if not years.
(I use the word "normal" in its loosest sense.)
