This unsigned and unattributed engraving of Trinity Church in Irvine, Scotland was published in the Illustrated London News in 1864. This was based on the architect's plans, rather than on that which had been constructed by that date (for one thing, the spire was not added until the 1890s, for another, there are a few differences in the final constructed building, as opposed to this 'artist's impression' -something which is as true today as it was then).
