porshe and bentley. they live at the place i bring the company cars for carwashes. i enjoy going there. everyone's nice, i hang out and read or watch lame satellite tv, and the puppies are about. porshe's a little friendlier, but "cookie" will get bentley's attention every time.
Day 47 - 365 - Something that makes you Laugh - This is a stray dog that showed up on my door step yesterday morning. It is a Bichon Frise, about 8 years old. It was cold and wet and she was limping and shivering. She was full of sand-spurs throughout her body in her fur, as well as between all her pads on her paws. I cleaned her up, cut her bangs, and let her take a long nap. Her little face is so funny it makes me laugh; seems her nose is too big and a strange color. It also makes me laugh that animals always seem to know where to come for help. Here I go again!

She's a Havanese. The story goes that someone ordered her over the internet; she was shipped as a young puppy, to our local area. But, Ruby's left ear is not perfectly formed and she has an underbite. So, the person who ordered her could not show her; she wasn't "perfect." Ruby was immediately given to the SPCA. Nikki, who works there, adopted her.
"She's perfect for me!" Nikki told the kids.

This handsome guy with the adorable underbite is HAROLD, an approximately one year old Carolina Dog/Cattle Dog mix. He’s a friendly, playful young dog who’s a little unsure of himself, but he loves to chase a ball and play with his toys, and focuses very nicely when food treats are on offer :-) He likes other dogs. Harold is looking for a loving, committed home where he’ll have good guidance and a consistent routine.
Harold lives in Kennel 33.

Hi everyone! My name is Marjorie! Don't let the serious face fool you, I am a happy girl with a friendly, loving personality. I am an absolute delight and a couch potato in the making. I am about 4 years old and I weigh 45 lbs. I love taking walks and playing in the yard. When playtime is over, I am perfectly content to lounge and spend time with my people. I love being petted and scratched. I have the best underbite - so much personality that I make people smile all the time. When it's time for cuddles, I will lean in and melt into you for affection and a well-deserved belly rub. I just love to love. Magnolia is Ginger's grandmother. Both Smokey and Magnolia were show winners. Ginger was always gorgeous to us, but she had an underbite that would have disqualified her from show. We took Ginger as a pet companion.
